I brought ten ballcaps and a dash mat for custom embroidery. I met Christa, who was awesome, and she went over all the details with me, to include thread colors and size. I was able to see a mock up of the dashmat embroidery while I was there, and Christa was able to match the colors on the embroidery to the ballcaps. I received a copy of the invoice via email, and their text notifications (at my request) were great. It was a very pleasant experience, and I'll be sure to go back for my embroidery needs. I am currently expecting a baby girl in December, bought a pink hospital robe for after delivery and wanted to have my initials monogrammed on it. I took it to JOLT printing and embroidery on Tuesday and got a call that it was ready for pick up Thursday morning. When I inspected the robe it was absolutely perfect and just what I wanted! They did an amazing job and it wasn't too pricey. I've also had some custom towels made here for a friend of mine and they still love and use them! I popped into this place because I noticed it as I was walking out of the salon next door. We were planning a family vacation and I thought it would be a great idea to have matching T-shirts commemorating our first beach trip. It's a small place with amazing customer service. Gary was wonderful to work with! He did a custom design on shirts that were different sizes and colors. 10 shirts that ranged from toddler to XLTALL. They look great! Carolyn emailed us a mock-up that same Saturday and communicated with us on every step made. On top of that, the shirts were ready on Tuesday and look amazing! I cannot even being to explain the level of customer service with Jolt. From the moment I walked in through when I got my items back Gary and Carolyn delivered 5 star service. Their hospitality is very welcoming. I am a new customer to them, and bringing a logo of my own to get stitched on to a jacket. Carolyn sent me an email with an example of my logo stitched on a t-shirt she had lying around to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. We had to make minor changes and she delivered a beautifully stitched logo for me to show off. I ended up having my logo printed on a separate article of clothing and Gary made sure that it lived up to their standards.
