I called at the 3 week mark and was told it would be another week. Called at the four week mark and was told to call the next day. Call the next day (saturday) and am told they were never provided shipping information, then Elias changed the story to they were provided tracking but it was only notions. We call back wanting to cancel and talk to Gail who lets us know we cannot cancel the order no exceptions per the policy and someone will update us. No one updates us and we call back that afternoon and speak to Gail again. Gail tells us that actually they got the machine we paid for in but they sold it and don't know when they will be able to get more. She then reminds us that they don't do refunds. At this point we send an email stating how unhappy we are and the email is ignored. No one ever responds to it or reaches out. At this point we decide we are not going to chase them anymore and file a chargeback with our CC company. We still hear absolutely nothing for a month, until yesterday when we receive a text that they have the machine in stock. My husband picks it up today and they offered absolutely 0 apology for the lack of communication, selling the machine we originally ordered or the 2 month wait. They will happily take your money, but once they have it they have 0 interest in providing good customer service, and will only get your product in once they recieve notice of the chargeback being filed. I will never buy from them again. I wish I had scrolled through the Google reviews initially before shopping with them to save myself the headache.

She's got what you need, and the knowledge to make substitutions if it's not an exact match. She's got fabric and other crafts covered on the right hand side of the shop but I'm afraid to venture over to that side because picking up another hobby might collapse my house; it's already full of yarn. The prices are perfectly on par with everyone else, and I totally recommend that you swing by if you're in the neighborhood and want to knit or crochet with new friends you haven't met yet. Unprofessional work. Ruined the hats I brought in. I had two…read morehats embroidered as a gift for a friend. A few weeks later, when I saw my friend, even he was unsatisfied with how they came out so I offered to return them. I took them back to the store but the owner instead claimed the hats he ruined were "the only way they could do it," which was to sew through the structure of the hat which caused them to buckle and wrinkle on the embroidery. Not to mention the embroidery is uneven. He then blamed the choice of font rather than admitting it wasn't quality work. Why do they offer a font that they can't work with without ruining the product? Beats me. Now I'm out $50 for the uneven embroidery and another $30 for the hats themselves. Because it was outside of the 2 day return policy (another detail they didn't mention when purchasing) he said there was nothing he could do and claimed that I had been wearing the hats. Luckily, these were new hats and not something that was special or important to me. Learn from my $80 lesson and avoid this place so you don't have to waste your money here like I did. There are plenty of cheaper options with better customer service and higher quality.

This should have tipped me off. They offer a 10% discount for employees. The staff was helpful. Seriously, tried on every uniform they had in the store. They lacked colors and sizes in everything I tried on. Nothing matched. Boo! I was able to buy ONE uniform from the store, but paid for two uniforms at the cost of 120$. Steep for 2 uniforms. This included 8$ shipping for a uniform I'm still waiting to arrive. When leaving the store, I received a register receipt. That's it. No information regarding shipment, or number to call for follow-up on the shipment. I check my mailbox everyday for a shipment. With what I paid, the uniform should have already been at my door. It's past the due date of arrival and I'm still waiting. I bought this uniform April 23rd. I'm fuming. If I knew it took this long to get uniforms I never would have made the purchase. Unbelievable! Buyer beware and lesson learned. I should have been more aware when placing an order. I would have tried on, thanked them and ordered online. Maybe that's why they don't tell customers? Update: Went in person to check on the status of purchased uniforms. They apologized and said they will be shipped. At this point it's 20 days later. Not happy to hear. Not happy about having to wait even longer. An apology and additional wait time is what I got. I should have insisted on a immediate refund. It's 24 days later and I've not received my uniforms or a note about the status of the order. I've been very patient. This is bad business practice, and shameful. Finally, after 26 days I received my uniforms. Be advised returns are not excepted after 30 days.
