Yes, they can handle the regular dental issues like cleanings, xrays and cavities, and the specialist was able to totally properly handle two root canals I needed. But the rest of the work I needed for 3 caps and a new bit guard the dentist TOTALLY FUCKED UP and after spending $3,000 out of my own pocket I was left with sensitive gums and 2 of the 3 caps needing to be replaced. Disappointing Experience - We Will Not Be Returning…read more I'm writing to let you know that I will not be returning, and neither will my daughter. For me, customer service is everything. The poor experience started on our first visit. While I was in the bathroom, my daughter was taken to the back. When I came out, I wanted to check on her, so I asked a staff member walking by (unfortunately, I didn't get her name). Her response was rude and dismissive--asking if my daughter was over 18. I told her, "I don't care if my daughter is 28 or 38, I'm still going to make sure she's okay." Her attitude was completely uncalled for. Fast forward to my own appointment and who ends up helping me? The same woman. While she was polite this time, her body language made me feel unwelcome. That sets the tone for any experience. Then, during my X-rays, I noticed she pulled gloves out of her shirt pocket. That is not sanitary. She put them on and started touching the computer. I asked her to change her gloves before handling any sterile items. She said she would, but also explained she has to keep touching the mouse between shots. Her solution? She put a glove over the mouse. Honestly, that didn't reassure me. Thankfully, the cleaning went smoothly. Dominic was great, friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. But then I was brought to the front desk. There were five employees up there, and I stood waiting while two patients were helped. After they left, I was still standing there... being ignored. When I mentioned I had to leave to pick up my daughter, I was told someone was "working on my file." But my chart was visibly sitting there untouched. I said to call me later. When I missed the call and phoned back, I was placed on hold and no one picked up. This kind of service is unacceptable. I refuse to go to a place where the staff act like they don't want to be there, especially when they're supposed to be caring for me as a patient. Because of this, we will not be returning.

For years I was told (if my wisdom teeth don't bother me don't bother them). Well, because I didn't have them looked at by a Oral Surgeon I developed an infection around one wisdom tooth because food was getting trapped which affected the tooth in front causing intense pain. My visit was so easy. But what stands out the most for me was the compassion and urgent care the office provided. The front desk girl told me not to even have a seat in the waiting area. She called a nurse who immediately took me in the back for more extensive X-rays and had me sit in a consult room for a few minutes and then went to get Dr Rothman. My own dental office had me wait for an hour that morning to be seen. Not long after Dr Rothman came in with his beautiful smile. He educated me and left the decision about the others in my hands. But said let's get you out of pain. He was not pushy in any way. The office was very clean and his office staff was incredible, from the folks at the front desk, to the nurse with him during my surgery (I believe her name was V- she is fabulous). They made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. And his nurse even held my hand. After the procedure I had a little pain and some swelling, which I expected. Dr. Rothmans office called to check on me the following day. I would highly recommend this office and will be going back for my other wisdom teeth to be removed in April. Truly the best and TOP ORAL SURGEON IN MY EYES! Thank you so much Dr Rothman. I can't begin to thank you enough for all your help.

Although the fillings were fine, I had a very poor care experience and had deeply bitten my upper lip due to prolonged numbness after this rather routine procedure. I called her back to let her know what had occurred since it had been nearly two hours latter. Dr. Osmani exhibited poor bedside manners, didn't introduce herself, check in with me during my procedure nor did she provide follow up care instructions. She was in the next patients months seconds after finishing my extraction and unavailable to answer basic questions. I felt like a Tuskegee experiment candidate. I was angry at myself for allowing her to treat me like an object. I wondered if I were someone else would she have behaved differently or is she overwhelmed and unhappy with her position? I don't know and it's not something I as a paying patient should have to worry about. Nevertheless, I won't be going back there. I feel uncomfortable with her being the primary dentist. When I called back to speak with her she apologized and stated she was super busy during my visit. Unacceptable. Patients demand better or let her practice as a Veterinarian.
