They took care of me and beyond belief, were able to take care of my 25-year-old autistic son, without having to have him restrained and having to have him have general anesthesia!!!! Worst yet, when I told him I experienced extreme sensitivity, I was reprimanded for "lying to his face" because "it couldn't have happen" and "it must be me". The worst part was knowing that the drilling was not needed after getting a second opinion from another dentist who examine other teeth Dr. Eisenbrock recommended filling, which I never went back for. This molar is in need of a root canal which meant killing the nerve rendering my tooth dead. I would never go back to him. The way he treats his patients like clueless submissive farm animals, if he was a obstetrician, he would be killing babies for profits. I am seething with anger and in my eyes, he is nothing but a con man driven by profit. The damage that he dealt is one I'll have to live with for the rest of my life, a dead tooth that was perfectly healthy before I pay a visit to this unethical, arrogant, malevolent man. Save yourself the permanent scarring and the anger, walk away and never go back. I posted a photo evidence of my molar which needed a root canal and is now covered with a filling.

The have all our records and when we pushed back with that point the person on the phone became nasty and claimed she could not read the records. We decided to move onto a new provider after that experience because we have found that if the office staff doesn't care the provider doesn't either especially at times of transition.
