No appointment needed, I just walked in and explained what I needed done and tried on the dress. I appreciated that the seamstress warned me that the front was going to get tighter in my chest and lay a little closer together, luckily this was the goal for me. They explain everything regarding any alteration you may be getting, and make sure that their work is accurate before proceeding further. If you have any questions regarding an alteration you are getting done, they are very knowledgeable and always give you other options based on your alteration needs. I will definitely go here for future alterations. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is fantastic! Stephen was late in getting the valances done and asked for another day because he was having "an issue" and had to "fix it". We were disappointed when we picked them up.
