One word - healed…read more In early 2020 I thought it'd be a good idea to try a lift in the gym that I could pull off in my early 20s (I'm 35 now). Turns out, that was real dumb. Several doctor's visits for back pain and an MRI later, disc issues and spinal stenosis are part of my life now. Fuuuuuuck. My GP said I could avoid surgery by focusing my workouts to continue strengthening my core, working on flexibility, and keeping weight off. I was already habitual with my fitness, so adjusting my routine was no problem. However, after about 6mo, I was still in constant pain and taking Advil every day. I began making my peace with having chronic pain. My wife told me I'm an idiot to concede (she's right) and suggested I try seeing Dr. Rachel. She's been a patient for many years and Dr. Rachel has helped her resolve numerous issues that western medicine didn't have an answer for alone. It was worth a shot and I scheduled an appointment. Dr. Rachel was extremely thorough in understanding my medical background (way more than any other doctor I've ever seen) and given my symptoms, she recommended we try acupuncture to treat my back. She was diligent in explaining the theoretical application in both the eastern and western medicine practices. I'm skeptical by nature of anything I'd call "woo woo", but hey, I'm no doctor, so I have no place to judge. If it helps, I'm all for it. And in two words...holy shit. Literally, in 5 treatments, I've gone from having simmering pain all day to being able to sit in the shittiest chair in my house for hours and feel NOTHING. The combination of acupuncture, cupping, and whatever woo woo that was mixed in during my hour long appointments has me healed. No idea if my results are typical, but Dr. Rachel's treatments lifted the daily fog of pain that was over my life. She has my full recommendation.

But there are things that Kate will let you know she will tell you that you can call anytime which is not true. she does not like phone calls if you're not paying her . She's very rude. If you are describing the way you feel about something she shut you off and it tells you the way it's supposed to be. It's very controlling. I do not recommend Kate with anyone. I suffer from severe panic attacks and PTSD on Monday. I was in a horrible car accident and I wanted to talk to Kate because I thought that was the most appropriate person to talk to you when I was in a state of mind that I was in Kate started asking me questions about if I've gone to the emergency room and to keep a track record. That was nice, but the intent behind that was to have a payout on my insurance company and that made me feel very uncomfortable. The next thing she talked about three hours after my car accident when I called her was about my second cousin, she asked me what kind of trust fund he had. I told her over and over again I feel really uncomfortable and I'm getting very angry with these questions, she hung up the phone in my face so I text her and told her I would like a refund for my money. This was Monday. She knows that I don't have PayPal. I pay as a guest and I still have not had a refund I would not recommend this person. She has no heart and she is a liar about what she provides for her clients. She lied to me and she lied to another person that has made a post on this page. I would not recommend Kate Ellis. There are other hypnotherapist out there. That actually are really good. I have a new one and I am so pleased that things ended up the way they did because she was not anything like I expected. I should've read the post and if I did, I would've understood that she was not in it to help people she was in it for the moneyso if you wanna go, trust her with all of your secrets be careful if you start talking about money. I will post pictures up of my morning that I had before Kate hung up in my face and before Kate asked me about my family's money. I hope you find the help you need, but this person is not the person that you can trust.

Kate is a mind healer!!…read more I went to Kate at a time when I was struggling with grief from the past and had anxiety thinking about the future. She navigated me through my problems by showing me a new perspective that I would have never thought about. She made me realize the power of mindfulness and how to see opportunities even in the darkest times of our lives. She gave me homework exercises for the mind that really worked well for me. Unlike most business, she is actually there when we need her even after the sessions and that made me understand how genuinely she cares about her clients. I am still in touch with her and she still helps me through some difficult situations. I highly recommend Kate.

I believe Jeff is an excellent resource for helping an individual through a tough time in their life or one specific event of trauma as he does teach ways to evaluate the way the mind is focusing. In addition, he is just so dedicated and honest. I genuinely liked him as a person. That being said I would not suggest him for someone who has extreme PTSD or serious depression as he seemed to dismiss proven scientific methods of treating PTSD such as EMDR. I didn't feel he asked enough questions about my mental state or spent anytime actually getting to know me. He expected me to open up and tell where I am. For any trauma victim you say the same things over on repeat and typically are pretty distrustful. I didn't find him to be an active listener just surveyed my body language. For me I knew within 10 mins of working with he wasn't going to be able to help me. But his enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to helping me was why I stayed and participated in the session. He is true to his word if you didn't have a successful session there is no payment but I felt so guilty for his dedication that I made the decision to pay for the session. In addition, I was literally tired of him trying to help me and just gave in so we could leave.

This was the response. It very much reflects all they care about is money by stating they don't compete on price and by me asking that question somehow shows them that we are not a good fit. Sad & disappointing when you genuinely need help with something that affects mental health and if you are already skeptical on if Hypnotist try to just sell you on things, responses like this emphasize those feelings. But "it's all good". I will keep looking & have hope I will cure my anxiety (:
