(The resulting clacking sound could indicate engine damage.) They tried to blame it on my engine burning too much oil but this has never been the case with my former garage. The person I spoke with was condescending, not believing and not at all interested in the possibility that I could have a valid opinion. Won't go back. I said "mixed proficiency" because I'd gone to them once in the past and it was fine - that wasn't an oil change, however. I'm very glad I was able to go back to my former garage and that I have that experience for comparison. I would say that they are on the defensive about their work, also that they have a greedy mentality, charging for "loaner" cars. Customer value is number 1 and along with that, valuing what your customer has to say about their experience.

THEN I get told "we have to keep it overnight we'll drop it off sometime tomorrow because I'm busy" Excuse me? So now I had to wait until the next day for my vehicle to be dropped off? The owner was a complete crock. I will never pay $150 for them to tow my car again. Alpha towing quoted me $90 with same day delivery/drop off. This shitty shop held my car overnight for NO reason. They had MORE than enough time to drop my car off the same day, it was less than a 10 minute drive. This is also how they dropped my car off, it's almost touching my neighbors boat and is almost touching our garage making it difficult to get by to take trash out. The car doesnt run. I cant move it.
