My fiancé has excellent eyesight & noticed an imperfection in the gemstone which he relayed to the salesperson. Salesperson told him he would change the gemstone out for another one & make sure the new one was imperfection-free. He told my fiancé if would be ready by a certain date; unfortunately he was not able to keep the date & the ring was not ready until THE DAY PRIOR to our 14hr flight international vacation- which the salesperson was very well aware of. When my significant other picked up the ring he didn't bother to look it over as he trusted him on his word to switch out the gemstone. Unfortunately that was not the case. When my significant other asked me to marry him, he also told me he wanted to take a look at the ring. He noticed the imperfection in the same exact spot, indicating that the salesperson had never switch the gemstone he said he would. My fiancé's plan was to go to another jeweler to switch out the gemstone when we got back from vacation but I told him not to worry about going through the hassle; I'm choosing to spend the rest of my life with him, not the ring. Note: Eric Jewelry was recommended by 2 of my fiancé's family members who both purchased their engagement rings there. Both of them- including my fiancé -will now be going to another jeweler for weddings rings/bands & will make sure to do a careful look-over at the ring. My 9 year old daughter has had the pleasure of getting Flute lessons from Mas for nearly a year…read more She had never played an instrument before and both myself and her Mom aren't musicians. You can imagine our surprise when she quickly learned how to read music, perform for us nightly in her practice sessions, and stick with this activity while others have gone by the wayside. Mas is a huge part of the reason for her success. He is calm and patient. He keeps her from losing focus but also allows for the fun in practicing. He teaches her musical theory as well as how a musician from 5 different countries might count time in various languages. My daughter has also shown newly found confidence in school as she has already played for her class and other grades as well. We are so lucky to have found such a wonderful teacher in Mas who has given my daughter the gift of music.

Recently, my boyfriend recovered one of his uncle's old vintage posters of the Jimi Hendrix Experience from the 60's in an attic. It was practically torn to shreds, horribly creased, and incredibly delicate. It felt like it was going to disintegrate if you even touched it. I asked Pablo if he would be able to flatten it, mount it, and place it in a matted frame as a gift for my boyfriend. I didn't have very high hopes given the condition the poster was in, but we discussed the project and Pablo totally understood the vision. I'm so glad I trusted him because it turned out just perfect. I couldn't believe that they were able to restore it so beautifully, and the matting and framing on top of that is just right.
