It's a couple of businesses south of the large Redstone Federal Credit Union on South Parkway, south of Drake. Elissa was located in downtown Huntsville when I last met with her in 2002, and this location has easy parking, less traffic and a much nicer waiting room area, also! The drawback is the office is branded as "Daniels Law, LLC" and "Suzette E. Daniels" with no signage for "Elissa Green" inside or outside. Ms. Green's website and google listing display her previous downtown office location, so it can be a little confusing locating her, although her staff were good to give me the new address on L&N drive. Elissa is a local Huntsvillian and has practiced law over thirty years. She practices general litigation, family law, criminal defenses, divorces, and general legal services. I retained her for wills for my husband and me back in 2002 and needed to wrap up this process, and consult with her about potential trusts and quit claim deeds. Since everything is so expensive these days, I anticipated her consultation fee increasing since my last appointment with her and surprisingly it had not, it is still $100.00/hour with a fee charged for debit cards (and maybe a fee for credit cards) and zero fees for cash/check payments. Elissa is easy to communicate with and talks at a level a five year old could understand. She explained the local probate process, and did not try to "upsell" the Hubs and me on any additional legal services we were asking about. She carefully explained the next steps in the wills/medical wishes related paperwork process and we were on our way in around 35 minutes. I'm happy her firm emails the will paperwork to us for our approval and we have one more in person meeting to sign/initial documents. She is honest, easy to communicate with, and has an easy process to complete to get your will/medical wishes paperwork done!
