Dr.A…read more from the first meeting wasn't aware of our professions as he was more concerned about him telling us what is wrong rather than finding out about us, getting a good history. That history would have broad implications for treatment. He seemed condescending. During a biopsy procedure I felt unexpected pain and told him so. He had some words for me in front of his assistant that totally belittled me, as if I was weak and couldn't take it. I was totally embarrassed by this and decided right then that I would never go back. Dr's Rosen was excellent as is Dr. Kasman at the moment. Knowing life as it is, perhaps he was having a few bad days. Not easy being a Urologist. I write this for one reason. I hope it is an educational opportunity for him to grow and be the bvest he could be. Technically, he may have skills but needs to consider ways to not overlook the value and importance of connection, caring and serving the needs of the patient. I wish him the best.

Dr Greenwald made me feel absolutely awful! After waiting 3 months for an appointment, it was…read moreclear that he took one look at me and discounted me. I don't know if it was because I was a woman or that I am overweight, but I can in with a very clear problem and he did not even take the time to give me an examination. He said due to my "lifestyle" and other issues (lack of mobility), he did see me really being able to make any major improvement. I had to give suggestions like possible PT or Botox injections. He was willing to give them a shot but didn't know if they would make any difference. He also did not know what PT offices offered the PT and he was also not aware that the Botox injection program was currently on hold due to lack of staffing. Also, having never met me before, I am very curious how he would know my lifestyle. I also shared with him that I had lost 114 pounds and he gave me no acknowledgement about it, just that I was too obese to be a successful candidate for surgery, of which he did not perform, he would have to refer me to someone else. I left his office with no new information or help after waiting 3 months to get an appointment and feeling absolutely useless and hopeless.
