As a patient, I believe I had every right to ask questions, voice concerns, and request appropriate medical attention without feeling judged or treated as though speaking up made me a problem. What makes this experience especially painful is that I desperately requested to be seen and to establish care during my pregnancy, but I was not seen despite my concerns. I subsequently lost my baby at 15 weeks. That loss was devastating, and the circumstances surrounding my attempts to obtain care have left me with serious concerns about how my requests were handled. I cannot speak to the experiences reflected in other reviews; I can only speak truthfully about my own. Based on my experience, I did not feel heard, respected, supported, or treated with the humanity and compassion I believe every patient deserves--particularly a pregnant patient asking for help. If you are considering this physician, especially for pregnancy-related or time-sensitive concerns, I strongly encourage you to advocate for yourself, document your communications and requests for care, and seek another medical opinion promptly if you feel your concerns are being dismissed. I would not return to this physician or recommend him based on my experience.

The exam rooms are large, clean and hygienic. My only negative with this visit was that my appointment was at 11:15. I arrived 15 minutes early and I didn't get called back into the exam room for about 40 min. Then another 15 min wait in the exam room. I do understand patient care since I myself am always running behind with my patient care load. But just thought I would mention it for those that may have to be some place at a particular time following an appointment. Just count on your appointment possibly taking a total of an hour.

I was amazed at how fast I was able to make an appointment and actually be seen by a doctor. I initially went in for STI testing, then mentioned that I would also like a Pap smear since it had been awhile, but assumed I would need to book another appointment for that. The nurse immediately said, "No, we're able to do a Pap smear for you today if you want one." I was honestly shocked because I fully expected to be rescheduled. I completed my full-panel STI testing and Pap smear in under an hour. The office was also very clean, beautiful, professional, and women-operated, which made me feel even more comfortable and cared for. My experience was well above my expectations and I will definitely only be coming here from now on.

Had my first visit all the front staff and med staff were polite had a good workflow where I didn't have to wait too long. Dr. Vish was so kind and easy to talk to. I was really nervous about my OB visit since I'd had some abnormal symptoms. He was able to show me my baby on ultrasound. He really took his time with me and I felt like he really listened to all my concerns and symptoms. I'm very thankful to have seen him.

I had a 10AM apptmt and a couple of them looked drained already. I really liked the MA that does the intake--vital signs. She and NP Shondra are examples of excellent patient care. Shondra is amazing! She listens to my concerns and addresses them. I did have to wait 45 minutes in the room wearing my paper gown. I did not like how a random MA/chaperone walked in with my legs spread out. I don't recall the NP telling me another staff will be coming into the room.. tsk tsk. Second visit was follow up work lab results with NP Jeannette. This time I waited 30 mins. She's quiet and almost too monotone for me. I was hoping for a different imaging order but she pushed me off to see Dr Vish. After seeing her the visit could have been a telephone visit. It was unnecessary possible COVID exposure just for chit chatting. I scheduled a telephone visit with Dr Vish. I waited a little over two hours. These are his words, "you need to have a baby now", "you're perfect", "stay home and cry when you're going to bleed. Put on an old movie." I am a visual person. If my transvaginal US pelvis is negative why do I still have pain? I don't want laparoscopy; it's invasive. Show me--MRI with contrast. I'll be seeking a second opinion.
