While he…read moredid a good job with the delivery of my son, I have never met a medical provider with worse bedside manner. He is truly one of the rudest people I have ever met and I cried in the car out of frustration after every single prenatal appointment I had (and for anyone who has ever been pregnant you know there are a lot of them). He was rude about my weight gain (literally saying, and I quote, "wow you are really packing on the pounds, aren't you?"), dismissed all of my questions, interrupted me mid-question to answer the questions he thought I was asking (spoiler: it wasn't what I was asking) and I had to learn to advocate for myself more than anyone should have to do with their medical provider. He was rude to his office staff and one time came into my appointment and said, "These people are driving me crazy." He also told me none of the other doctors in his network were anywhere near as good of doctors as he is, but that they would "get the job done" if I happened to go into labor when he wasn't on call. However, I suppose it was lucky that he was on call when I went into labor because the Clovis Community Hospital staff were negligent and I almost didn't get my epidural in time due to nobody checking on me for literal hours while I waited in triage. So luckily Dr Dan used his pompous rudeness for good to be completely unkind to the hospital staff so that something was actually accomplished. We moved out of the state two months after my son was born and the sub-standard care we received both by Dr Dan and the hospital were the last straw for getting us out of the state. It is mind blowing that such a rude human being is not only a practicing PREGNANT LADY doctor, but that he is the only one recommended in the entire county. So I suppose that if you have to give birth in Fresno go with this guy, but just know that he is rude, disrespectful and in a lot of ways just truly the worst.

I absolutely loved going to dr Dickinson when pregnant with my daughter they were always very…read morehelpful and accommodating with appointments they do give u three chances to reschedule appointments and then he won't see u anymore so that's pretty crappy as a pregnant woman ur going to get sick at random times and it just doesn't line up with your schedule unfortunately with my second pregnancy I was given misinformation by the manager, Jessica Rodriguez she told me they took my insurance so when I called to make an appointment, I was told that they have never taken my insurance and I was given misinformation this office. Definitely needs to know how to do their job and not give clients misinformation like they have absolutely poor communication and for an office manager to give that misinformation is highly unacceptable She needs to be retrained.

I've been having fertility issues and just started going to Dr. Steinke. it's been a rough ride up…read moreuntil now and I am so happy to have been referred here. Everyone is so nice. Before coming here I was beginning to lose hope for a baby, but Dr. Steinke's attitude and attention to detail has brought that back. I just had an HSG done today and was expecting to get the results Monday when I'm scheduled to see Dr. Steinke, but he just called me and gave me the results over the phone. We'll go into detail Monday meantime I'm so appreciative that he called me right away. This shows me how much he cares.

He's always on time, I never wait 30 minutes for an appointment, and I feel like he puts the patent's needs first. I have friends that go to doctors that continually cancel on them and make them wait to only send the nurse in instead of the Dr. Why? I always see my Dr. at my appointments, I love it. Dr. delivered my last child and it was an exceptional experience, from seeing me first thing in the am, having my interests frists, checking in on my constantly and staying with me from the first push to the last, allowing me to pull the baby out and getting through it without a single stich. Dr. Steinke is amazing and I'd recomend him to any woman, especially if you're pregnant.
