The course has come a long ways in the last several months. The greens are in excellent shape and roll very nicely. The fairways are growing in nicely with the back nine starting to come around with the recent rains. The cart paths need some work and I believe they will be starting on redoing them so. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Andrew, Jaime, and team aim to please and have a love for the game. I highly recommend this course for golfers of all skill levels. read more

Playing here this weekend and CANNOT WAIT to see what the rain has done for the new greens and the growth of the course in general. Very nice being so close to the house. To all of you complaining about price, keep wearing those $100 shirts and $200 golf shoes while you're doing it. The course HAS to have time to grow. IT'S GRASS!!!!! Never golfed on the course but have used the practice club a lot. Super overpriced for what it is.. Wedges and Woods beats them by nearly double the balls per price point and has a much nicer facility. Poorly maintained practice area, I constantly have to realign the mat. Cherry on top is the recent asphalt parking lot, the old one was fine and now it's just super hot and smells terrible. read more

Oh nooo Jones Creek. What an insult to the game of golf. Round started off being robbed for the price of range balls, then having to deal with a deranged old man covered in sweat. Old man said "it's wide open out there" only to run into a log jam of golfers by hole hole 3. The fun continued. By the time you get out into the fairway you are welcomed by dirt and a ground that is so compacted it's as firm as concrete. If you are looking for a luscious piece of property, you wont find it at Jones Creek as not only were the fairways horrid but the greens were unplayable as they were littered with dead spots. Parts that had grass on it, by the grace of god, was the equivalent to putting on shag carpet. All and all it was such a miserable time only Nine holes were played. Wow...I don't know what course these guys were playing but it wasn't The Jones Creek in Evans, Ga. The greens had issues last year, that mother nature caused and has fixed, due to decisions made by the superintendent and management of the club. It's sad to see "little people" write criticism about an industry or business "they know not of!" Keep buying your golf shirts, clubs and balls from Dick's, while you complain about the green fees and range balls, and you'll find yourself playing and practicing your golf at muni-goat ranches across America. Support your local semi-private clubs, that aren't subsidized by local county funding, and for God sake, grow up and stop the girly-wining. You sound like a bunch of over-the-hill, ungrateful, crusty old farts that play golf three times a year and want a discount on the toilet paper! The layout is very nice , the greens were fair, the fairways were absolutely terrible as well as the bunkers.I don't mind the $200 it costs during Masters week if the course was nice .Totally disappointing , especially after we spent close to a $1000 in our foursome. We told the Manger how disappointed we were and he just said I'm sorry you feel that way.I wasn't looking for something for nothing but some consideration and a little customer service would have gone a long for myself and my friends. Masters Week. Played Jones Creek for over $200 per player. Wonderful layout for a golf course if they would just build it. Absolutely terrible horrible awful condition. The course has gone bankrupt in the past and clearly has not recovered. Breakfast/lunch was included. Food marginal at best. After playing the staff does not ask you how your game was because they already know ... and know you are never coming back. Not a golf course. Not recommended. If you want to play find another course.... anywhere. read more

I've been bringing clients to the Masters for 20 years and I've always played Jones Creek and Forest Hills. This year was not it's best but typically the golf course is in good condition. It's a wonderful layout. I will be back in 2018! read more

I have eaten lunch and dinner at this restaurant numerous times for special events or while in the area and the food is consistently good. It's a gem mostly frequented by golfers and neighborhood locals, so I've never had a long wait for a table. The staff and service are great and the restaurant is always clean. There is a beer and wine bar with a good selection, as well as a nice patio to enjoy your meal and the view. The menu features pasta salads, grilled items, and items for kids. They also have weekly buffet that changes from time to time. The restaurant brings in award winning chefs for special dinner events that make for great date nights or social dinners. read more

I played here during Master's Week. The course conditions were terrible. The fairways were all mud. Literally, there was very little grass. The entire course was casual relief. I think the course was built without a drainage system in place. The staff said the conditions were due to all the recent rain. I played 5 other courses during the week and none of them were in bad shape. I will not return to this course in the future. Bartram Trail is very close and is a much better course. Play there instead. read more
