Once you sign the paperwork, they will not answer calls. I'm locked out of my Jeep most of the time because the key fob works when it wants to. I've talked to several people and nothing has been done. Also, you pay for a year of LoJack, you "have no choice" because they install it on all vehicles, well, it took several days to get my code to set up my account. LoJack says my vehicle can't be found because I need to take it to the dealership to be installed. One month into my subscription that I "had no choice" but to pay the $400, I still can't use it. I requested my money be returned, It's been over a week & I still have not got a return call. Should have spent the money closer to my home. read more

I was in town for work and had a low tire pressure light come on while I was here, and was STRESSED I was going to get a flat tire when driving back home. Not a single car maintenance shop was open on the weekend (except Walmart and I couldn't get ahold of them) so these guys SAVED ME! They are very friendly when you are looking to buy a car but after you buy one they no longer have time for you. They take your money, and refuse to return calls. When an over-payment was made to finance company, the finance company returned money (they sent me proof of payment) to Jones but they deny it and refuse to return over-payment to my account or even aknowledge its receipt!
