There always seemed to be something they "left out", didn't disclose, and a whole myriad of other difficulties I came to view as just standard practice. KELAN DAVISON CHANGED ALL THAT. There was a single phone call where I outlined what I was looking for. He sent me a link to matching vehicles in their inventory and vowed to be available to answer any questions I might have. We narrowed it down to 4 and at that point he invited me to his office to discuss the best fit. Once selected, he travelled to their sister-location and brought over my choice. Here's where he went "next level". He was incredibly patient when explaining all the "tech", as well as warranty and Rogue features in general. I presented several redundant questions to which Kelan NEVER displayed any hint of annoyance. After my purchase he has continued to keep in touch to make sure I was still happy, and to offer any further assistance. Kelan worked very hard that day, but everything else was very drawn out, dysfunctional, and misleading. I am happy with the truck, but the buying process was difficult and disjointed over a 5 hour process, despite having the transaction essentially agreed upon before I arrived. My credit pulled at 847, I was told a 6.49% interest rate before being transferred to another dealership and sat down with a finance person that then told me 7.49% instead at the point of signing. The negotiation was easy and enjoyable over the phone with Kelan and James, but everything that transpired the day at the dealership left me disappointed with the process and ultimately where I will not consider purchasing from Jones dealerships again. The mischievous nature around the finance rate was the worst feeling, and one that I have never encountered when purchasing a vehicle. read more

I live in Arizona, and purchased a vehicle off only a conversation and pictures online. As you can imagine, purchasing a plane ticket, arranging a hotel, and spending the time needed to make this purchase isn't super convenient. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I was picked up at my hotel and brought to where the vehicle was being stored. It did have a few minor issues. Nothing that would send me home without the vehicle. Small stuff, that I honestly don't think they noticed. Here's the IMPORTANT PART. They made it right. I am 100% happy with how I was treated, how small hick-ups were handled, and I would BUY AGAIN! I recently purchased a 2017 Cadillac CT6 from Jones Buck GMC. I am in the Atlanta, GA area so I was very nervous about purchasing a car remotely. Thanks to the great customer care I received from Melvin, I am happy to report that my purchase experience could not have gone any better. He was so helpful from initial contact, through delivery.
