Later, Alex stated he was not actually the owner and had no authority to resolve the matter. Throughout the process, the company was dismissive and unprofessional. They even suggested we were the only customers they "couldn't make happy." However, a simple online search shows multiple unresolved complaints with the BBB. They came out to talk thru the project and discussed options but no hard sell (which I appreciate). They assign a project manager (Blake in my case) to coordinate and keep things on schedule. However, the heroes of the project were Michael + Jonathan who built our fence. The took out the prior fence and checked in with our 96 yr old neighbor that we share the fence with to make sure he approved. He did! The walked me thru the finished fence and even added a "puppy protector" mini fence to keep our dog contained. They were super respectful, kind and FAST.
