When we raised these issues, we were told that the problem was due to the "wood we selected" and that no corrections would be made. Later, Alex stated he was not actually the owner and had no authority to resolve the matter. Throughout the process, the company was dismissive and unprofessional. They even suggested we were the only customers they "couldn't make happy." However, a simple online search shows multiple unresolved complaints with the BBB. Our experience was extremely disappointing, and we cannot recommend this company. Be cautious before doing business with them.

They replied promptly to questions, and showed up THAT DAY, right on time and gave a bid on the spot. Samuel was super nice and we decided to try and schedule the work. He was a few weeks out and the weather was iffy, but soon after we received an update that he could fit us in much sooner due to changes in the weather. Samuel and his team arrived right on schedule and did a great job forming the whole driveway out within a few hours. The day of the pour they again arrived right on time, took care to mask off the siding, and were careful to not get any residual concrete down the storm drains and did an excellent job cleaning up before leaving. I could go on and on, but I was thoroughly impressed. The concrete looks fantastic, even better than I had hoped for. We had a brushed finish on our back patio, and exposed aggregate on the driveway, so two finishes on the same pour and I was worried it might not match the existing concrete. I had nothing to worry about. It looks fantastic and I am very happy, I highly recommend.
