I called Jones Septic (who came as a referral to me) and they scheduled us an appointment with in 24 hours. David showed up on time and on one of the coldest days of winter, windchill in the teens!! We thought we knew where our septic tank was but turns out we didn't. He helped trouble shoot where it was located and ultimately ended up finding it under our deck!! I'm so thankful for his help in finding the tank, crawling under the deck to pump it out and educating me along the way. I really like when someone who provides a service is also willing to be a teacher. I would highly recommend Jones Septic based on to their prompt and friendly service. I called around 10am and was told they would be able to get to me by the next day. My tank was just starting to backup and would have been fine until the next day, but they called after all other jobs had been completed to let me know they could go ahead and come out same day. I was very pleased with the timing, considering other companies had told me it would be the next week and it was only Tuesday. Jones Septic was also able to identify an issue with my tight line that needed to be addressed immediately to prevent future septic issues. Highly recommend Jones Septic Service! We recently moved to Tennessee, and our home has a septic system. We have never had a septic system before and had no idea when the system was last serviced, so we wanted to get it checked out quickly. I emailed them on a Saturday asking about routine service of our septic system, and David responded right away saying that they could get me on the schedule Monday. Jones Septic Service for the win! I can not say enough good words about these guys. Not only did they come out sooner than expected they went above and beyond. They found a clog and possibly a broken pipe under my house. They spent an extra hour crawling under my house and working on both of my toilets. He mentioned that he was extremely claustrophobic as he was crawling under my house and said don't worry ma'am God will be right beside me. Unfortunately, I let my tank go too long and had a back up. I called several companies, not knowing any particular one. Out of the 4 I called, Mr Jones was the only one that answered the phone. I left messages for the others and never got a return call. Mr Jones put me on the schedule right away and was great communicating with me both by phone and text. He showed up the next morning promptly, actually was even a few mins early! He answered all of my questions and educated me on a few things I did not know about. I gave them a call first thing on a Saturday morning when my septic tank was full to the brim. Toilets were barely flushing and a pungent odor was coming from the ground outside. They were at my home within an hour of a my phone call. He found an issue with the pump and found the tank full of items that should not have been there. Very nice and knowledgeable. They were here at 7am, Discussed my septic situation with me and was able to give me good hints to help with problem in the future. They were able to get it unclogged in less than an hour. Pricing was a bit more than my last guy, but honestly it has probably been about 4 years since any prior issues and my other guy has probably gone up as well. Excellent service! I called around 9am on Saturday morning. My toilets were not flushing and after running a load of laundry, water had back-filled into my tubs.
