I used Lewis Crafton five years ago to replace my septic pump and he did a fantastic job for a fair price. When I saw some issues with one of my lines recently, I had to call another company because Crafton was busy. The other company came out and shut the line off and I didn't see him again, for the next year. I wanted to close out the permit so I called the company who started the job, and he would not commit to a day, or even a week. So, I called Lewis Crafton again and he was over the next day, assessed the issue with the county inspector, and the day after the job was completed. It was a fairly major repair with two lines having to be replaced. They worked non-stop and caused minimal damage to my yard with their heavy equipment. I hope I never need septic work again, but if I do, I will only call Lewis Crafton.

At 10:45 they called me and told me that they were on the way. We were at the Vet with our dog down the street, and Blake arrived and emptied the tank. We showed up shortly after and he was finished, all by 11:30. The cost was cheaper than we were quoted from other companies, also. From beginning to end Jack Anglin gave us conflicting and nonsensical information. Everything from needing to replace our entire septic lines, needing to run new electrical from, what type of was needed. He gaslit us, ghosted us multiple times, and had to repump the septic tank multiple times because of his delays. He fed us nonsense about how he was trying to get responses from Williamson County and that they were the cause of the delay. He told us how poorly our last pump had been installed and how he would fix the wiring and installation. We first contacted him in July 2023 and our pump repair/replacement wasn't completed until October 2023. Then after going dark for 3 months he contacted us in January 2024 telling us he was trying to get final approval from the county but that we now needed an electrical inspection. The whole process of working with Anglin was a nightmare and we felt as though we were being fed a load of rubbish the entire time. Between pumping, repair and other services we spent well over $7000. Fast forward to May 2026. We scheduled a regular septic tank pump service. The service reported to us that our 3 year old pump had stopped working and appeared to have sucked up the electrical wiring. We contacted a repair service who confirmed that our pump sucked up its power cord and that the float valve had been improperly wired. Our 3-year old pump is completely destroyed. Pictures attached. The new service had a new pump and float valve replaced within a week. They fed us none of the BS about our septic system that Anglin had fed us less than 3 years ago. Cost $4700.

For those who don't know, your price is based on the actual number of gallons they process from your septic tank. If you give them bad information, your charge will be different. I found them to be incredibly responsive and do wonderful quality work. Darryl, who has now taken over for Jack, is outstanding. Their small but might team do great work and they are honest. I recently had my tank pumped and they also diagnosed a problem with my pump float and repaired it. Again, they were prompt, courteous and a great value. I sleep well at night knowing Jordan and Darryl along with the rest of the team are on the job! Great work guys... Andy

The next morning I called back and the person said he got my message but ignored it because he thought I probably found someone else. I told him that I didn't and he told me that he wouldn't be able to help me until late in the day. I told him I would just go with another company and he said well if I call back that he may already be on another job and wouldn't be able to help me. I'm sure he is likely busy but not good customer service in my opinion.

The original company we called fiddled around for 3 months and did a halfway job, leaving the back yard lumpy and bare. Called Cheatham County Septic and got an estimate on the second day, workers came out the 3rd day. The mess was fixed by the 5th day - including re-seeding and spreading straw over the bare yard.... Don't hesitate to call these guys who have "hustle in their bustle"... They fixed the problems, for less than half the cost of the guy who just got the drain running again...
