I called the store to tell them about the experience and was informed that once the shoe is worn outside, it cannot be returned. The associate on the phone was terribly hateful. The experience in the store is a weird one too - employees are very monotone and mundane and seem as though they're fed lines. Sure, you may be able to get good deals on shoes like Nikes, but don't even think about purchasing one of their non name brand shoes. Also, good luck finding shoes in normal sizes (like women's 8 or 9!) I will not be buying shoes there again.

We got down the road and got a call from the owner stating we had STOLEN a dresser from her and needed to bring it back it pay for it. REALLY! We stole it?!? It was a misunderstanding from the post showing all 3 pieces in the photo as the sale. We apologized for the misunderstanding and turned around to be further be treated badly by her over the phone. The item has since been paid for but only after she refused to refund any money or discount the dresser at all. The way she talked to us and accused us of trying to steal all after we also had made an additional purchase for another piece. We will NEVER do business there again and will warn anyone else!
