After a patio addition, my backyard was completely destroyed but Green Springs stepped in and fixed everything and more in less than 2 days. Not only did they have great communication and updated me with every step, but they also went above and beyond and did more work than I expected. I'm extremely pleased with how my backyard turned out and they did it at almost half the cost of some of the other quotes I received. If you are looking for exceptional work that is affordable, I would highly recommend Green Springs! Will definitely continue to work with them for any landscaping projects I have come up.

Review One thing…read morethat has been bothering us for almost a year is the lack of new growth with our 2 sago palms due to the aggressive frond defoliation done by Leo (Owner) and (his son) Oscar. One saga palm is over 50 years old and the other is approximately 25 years old. Both sago palms have been through hard weather and freeze then recovered with nice new growth. However, there has been zero new growth. Mistakes Made Defoliating Sago Plants * Removing all the fronds from a sago palm seriously harmed the palms. * The sago palms lost the ability to photosynthesize, so they can't produce food. * No new fronds for 11+ months Mulching Done Wrong * Doing mulch wrong can absolutely kill plants. * The most common mistake is "volcano mulching" piling mulch against tree trunks or plant stems--which traps moisture, rots the bark, and invites pests. My husband noticed this volcano-like mounds around both sago palms. No Solutions Offered * Email sent with photos * Phone calls made * One phone call to Stanley seemed promising then radio silence. * No offer for replacement * No offer to remove the sago palms. * Safe Disposal Warning * Extreme Toxicity: Sago palms contain cycasin, a potent toxin that is deadly to dogs, cats, and horses. * Safe Handling: Wear heavy work gloves and long sleeves. Double-bag all debris or haul it immediately to a secure municipal green-waste facility where animals cannot access it. Consequently, No Good Review

They broke or damaged sprinklers, downspouts, plants and the gate. When I talked to them about it they said they'd be happy to charge me for the privilege of letting them fix it. Besides breaking and killing things they don't provide services as advertised. That part about "handpicking weeds" is 100% not true and the picture on the web site of a guy looking for weeds in a foxtail fern is 100% fake. I have cameras on the property and the only time I've ever seen a single weed hand picked was when I happened to walk out the front door while one of the guys was running a weed eater through the bed chopping up the agapanthus leaves. He stopped the weed eater, plucked three weeds while I was looking then as soon as I walked away I heard the weed eater fire up again. 100% FAKE - i.imgur.com/EVuu5up.jpeg The response to all my concerns was "send us pictures and we'll look at them" and the only time anybody showed up at the house was to try to sell me Christmas lights. The mowing and weeding provided for $90/visit is barely as good as the self-employed guy who charges $40/visit for the same services but the difference is the self-employed guy will fix the stuff he breaks in order to keep the job. GreenGate sends a couple of guys to your house you could hire for $30/visit and upcharges it to $50 then trys to upsell more services. For the amount of money they're charging they should be sending someone out to your house once a quarter to inspect the place for themselves to see if the service is actually the quality they promise and if anything has been damaged.

I not only signed up for their scheduled fertilizer treatments but I made the mistake of also signing up for their super treatment which would transform my lawn. So many weeds and nothing more. I cancelled their super treatment and shortly after their regular treatment after seeing just how terribly their treatment transformed my lawn. I ended up pulling nearly foot long weeds from my lawn shortly thereafter. Upon cancelling my service, I was notified of the $99 cancellation fee they would assess my due to apparently entering into a 12 month contract with them. When I initially engaged them to begin their services, the representative of the company conveniently neglected to mention anything about entering into a contract. One would think that this would be mentioned ahead of time and not simply be a line item at the very bottom of the work order. Of course, the employee who represents their company is somehow no longer with the firm. Conveniently enough I was told that their service would take 12 months in order to see results from their treatments, their words not mine. The previous service didn't take a year to see results. I can manually sprinkle weed and feed on my lawn and see less weeds and a healthier lawn in less than 12 months. Bear in mind that my lawn was not in bad shape when I switched over to them, now it is. Management's tactic of passing the blame onto a nameless former employee is a sad way of doing business when they are representatives of your company. I will gladly share my difficult experience with others and advise them to take their business elsewhere.
