I had them worked on 2 of my projects, one after the other. Both finished great. Before that, I experienced several other landscaping companies and wasn't quite satisfied with their work. I had my grass replaced in my tiny yard, bushes removed and a tree cleaned up. Service was scheduled for 8-9am on a Sat. They didn't show up until after 12:30pm. I was told the grass was dormant they put in because of the season (march) but it would get greener once it warms up. There's still dead pieces so I contacted them and they offered to replace it. I never heard back from them. I also recently requested lawn mowing service every other week for my yard. I was told they'd be here on a Saturday and they never showed. I was told they'd be able to come to my house the following Thursday. the guy did my neighbors yard and left. When I contacted the company they said "it's not my fault he did the wrong yard." I was surprised at the lack of any effort to fix the mistake and so I called the business. Someone answered and hung up on me twice. I was sent to voicemail three times. They texted me and said "you could just find another service." So I did. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend this company unfortunately. read more

Wow, you can have faith there are still honest, dependable landscapers out there. Gabby and Gerardo were extremely helpful in assisting with the design I had in mind for my small house in town. They gave me tips and suggestions, and their team showed up to work the day we agreed upon. Gabby was super responsive, and we even had a minor communication error in the first installation of one of the flower beds, but Candlewood made no excuses and immediately changed it to the revised design agreed upon. Great company, came out within the same day and was able to replace my ball valve on the sprinkler pressure vacuum breaker rather the whole unit. Other companies didn't have the part available or tried to replace the whole PVB instead of the cracked ball valve. read more

He is quick and efficient, able to diagnose problems and make repairs the same day. Garbińe is also very responsive to messages and requests for service.
