I was shocked by how efficient he was at coordinating the different subcontractors who installed the floors, cabinets, counters, tile backsplash, painters, etc. It was like a well oiled machine with almost no days where work wasn't being conducted, including Saturdays. My wife and I went into the process of looking for contractors expecting we could be without a kitchen for months. Turned out, with Palatin, the whole renovation only took about 4 weeks! If anyone has been through a major renovation, and had to get temporary housing, you know there is nothing more valuable than limiting the time away from home... except the quality of the work. Through the project, they recommend things, never push things. A rarely in this field. We have used New Leaf Remodeling a total of three times. Once for a master bathroom remodel that came out incredible. Second for a quick (and easy!) kitchen counter remodel. The third time is when we had a water leak that flooded one room. We called New Leaf and he was there the very next day. (Same day was not needed because of the restoration demolition). He let us know he has his team on standby for when we got the all clear that all the water was dry in the frame.
