They never showed even though we confirmed the appointment the week before. My husband went to the shop around 1:00 pm and a team was dispatched. Chris came with the equipment, promised to get the work completed, and left. A team shows up, disconnects all water that morning and leaves promising to return on Wednesday. We have no water and they don't show up Wednesday. I call at 10:30 and my husband goes by there again, with a promise that a team will be there by noon. By 1:00 pm no show no call. I called, more excuses and a promise to back. Never happened and we still have no water. Please, save yourself. Don't use this company
