I watch Matt's video of making the iron board with wood from home depot. After I watch him I went to home depot and made my own. Thanks Matt. I have been through that area several times, even through covid and they have never re-opened the store front. They are turning into mail order only and are taking way too long to send out items. I like the video stuff. I think they should consider re-opening the store front after all it's 2022, and covid has crippled this country enough. Two starts because they are mail order. read more

I love Jordan Fabrics! Donna is a master quilter and has the best videos. And they have an amazing variety of high-quality products. I love the pre-cuts and the kits especially because I do a lot of strip piecing and I don't need to purchase yardage when I need only a few strips. I am sad that some are critical of a business making the decision to go online only. How many of Donna's thousands of loyal followers live in Oregon anyway? There may be times when a face-to-face (or face-to-fabric!) is necessary but I have quilted everyday for years and I don't remember the last time I was in a fabric shop. There are many online sources for everything I need so I plan my work so that I can shop from the comfort of my home and Jordan Fabrics is a favorite source. I am in awe at how the pictures on their website are so close to the actual fabric. I haven't been inconvenienced by shipping across the country (NC) because I always have something to work on. And it would always be worth the wait to get Jordan fabrics! read more

I had ordered a pre-cut kit. I found some of the fabric missing. I contacted Jordan Fabric and they responded quickly. They asked me to send a photo of the fabric I was missing and was able to send me some no charge. Very nice to work with and very quick to respond. Donna's videos are the bomb! She is so great at teaching and showing you just how to work the fabric and little ways and hints to make things just a bite easier. However, ordering fabric from the store website needs alot of work. I went to check out and as my payment was going through I got a message that the fabric I wanted was no longer available and I had to put my credit card information in again and it happened again. Finally things went through all though I didnt get some of the fabric I wanted. I got an email saying the fabric I had ordered was shipped and then 2 days later I get an email say some of the fabric I had order was not available. So needless to say I am not a fan of the ordering system. Videos yes! But I will not order from them ever again! read more

Five stars all-around! The staff was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. Inventory of pre-cuts and bolts are extensive. Displays of Donna Jordan's quilts adorn the walls, and these quilts are gorgeous! Donna, a master quilter, has superb tutorials on YouTube, and after telling an employee that I was visiting from out-of-town, she asked if I would like to meet Donna, adding that she likes to meet her subscribers. Made a special trip (five hour drive) just for this shop. The store is not big box store huge but fabric selection is wonderful. I neglected to get the name of the employee who was helping me. I wish I had asked her name because she was awesome. All of the employees I came into contact with were very friendly. While I don't expect to make the drive again I am sure I will order online.
