They were amazing. They evaluated my current system, which is also integrated into an AV system, wrote up a proposal which I accepted. The system they installed is amazing. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. Lastly, Phil was the senior technician on my job and was phenomenal. Gina works in the office and is fantastic as well. This is my first Yelp review. These people came in five years ago and set up our system, claiming we had all of these technological issues from the previous owners and that they had a solution to fix it -- Control 4. They hooked our sonos, apple tv, cable, and pool controls to this app. They got rid of our regular fios cable remote and replaced it with a control 4 remote and had us download the control 4 app. This worked fine for a few years, but then there started to be problems. At first, they were responsive and came by to help. But then, they stopped returning our calls. The control 4 app stopped working so we couldn't control our pool. Our cable view is completely zoomed in and cuts off the edge of the frame but since we don't have the Fios remote anymore, we can't fix it, and since they won't answer our calls or emails, they won't fix it. Our TV randomly flickers like strobe lights. The remote works half the time. The TV really only functions as an apple TV because of how badly they messed up the cable connection. If they called us back and fixed the issues, I wouldn't have a problem with their complicated set up. No other company wants to touch what they've done. If you've used them already, good luck if you run into any problems. I hope they answer your calls. We are still desperately looking for any IT company or person willing to help dig us out of this tangled mess untangled created.

After my MacBook bricked and would not turn back on, I first tried bringing it to UBreakIFix. In addition, my data would be unrecoverable. So, after doing my own research into logic board repairs for my specific model, I learned that it was possible to fix my MacBook and recover my data. The technicians ran some tests on my computer and eventually sent it out to a company that specializes in logic board repair.
