I brought my little push mower to get the blade sharpened, and agreed to the oil change. When I came back several hours later, they told me that it would take about a week to get things done. I said oh, I can't wait that long but if you would be able to just get the blade off for me, I will buy a new one. They said they would see what they could do. I got the message that it was done so I go to pick it up expecting that just the blade being removed is what I would have been paying for. I left work on a lunch break so I was limited on time to clarify the cost. I ended up paying $116 for service that I had changed! I just called and spoke to a manager, and I let her explain and when she asked me what I wanted out of this, I started to speak and she kept interrupting me. So I told her that I can't answer her if she won't let me. She said we can discuss this when you have calmed down and hung up on me. I don't recommend them, they even had a customer in there when I was that said he just wanted to find out what was wrong with his equipment, not just fix it, and so even he was upset.
Management was unprofessional and rude.
They did work that I had changed my request for.
I'm sorry but almost an hour charge for labor when I know that it would not take that long...
My car oil change only cost me $65 for full synthetic!!!
