We recently purchased an older home, and after our well pump suddenly stopped working last night (surprise!), we were left without running water and needed help fast. Ronnie, one of their skilled plumbers, came to the rescue. He quickly identified the issue as a faulty pressure switch and had it replaced in no time. Ronnie was not only highly knowledgeable and efficient but also professional and friendly throughout the entire process, carefully explaining what he was doing and why. On calling Sembler and Sons and leaving a message, I received a quick return call. He was able to "move things around and get a technician out tomorrow!" The next day, as promised, Alex called and arrived 15 minutes later. We discussed my issues, and he quickly got to work. He did a great and efficient job, used quality parts and as we discussed options all along he was patient with my being a busybody! The price was reasonable and the work was outstanding! On our talking, he told me they are a family business, that Dad has been doing this for 40+ years, and the entire family is proud to do great work! I had an Aborist determine the cost of the damage and it was starting at a minimum of $30,000. I have sent a demand notice to them for Compensation and they rejected the certified letter. They claim to have insurance but have not filed a claim. They have been avoiding us. So at some point now we will have to take legal action to collect for damages. We are retired, and rely on the fruit trees we have on our property. We sell the fruit (organic avg. $2.50 ea.) This helps pay taxes and other expenses. If I was looking for a tree service, I would read my complaint a couple times before you hire anyone. Take this all in for consideration.
