We had a very satisfactory experience there with excellent service, reasonable prices, and a wide selection. We were greeted by a sales person immediately upon entering the facility, and we found prices were easy on our budget. The salesman had a lot of experience and fitting a suit, and the seamstress was willing to give a fast turnaround so that I could be on time for a wedding in a couple of days. Every interaction was great, and we especially loved working with Jordan whose expertise, opinion, and customer service cannot be beat! My groom especially loved the recommendations for the weaves of suit coat and dress shirt that would be coolest in Arkansas August heat. Worst run business ever! I bought two suites on-line and went into buy a couple shirts, ties and have the suits altered. First stop (on a Saturday, bad decision on my part), waited 30 minutes and didn't get so much as a "be with you in an hour", so I left to return another day. Returned on Sunday, shirley they would not be busy, I was right, but same service, nothing. Associates at least looked at me, maybe my 6'5" and linebacker frame was hard to see, left again. Third time would shirley be the charm, arrived Monday evening, associate at the register on his phone, looked up (yay), mumbled something that I'll assume was "how may I help you", I respond "hi, I'd like to have theses suits altered", he says "go put them on". So I go to the dressing room, put one on and wait 30 minutes. The mumble guy walk by me no less then 10 times and doesn't say a word, the other two employees were oblivious but were with customers so I'll give them the benefit. Finally I get redressed and slowly walk out with my unaltered suits, not a single "can I help you with that (polite way to see if I was shoplifting or not), but nothing. I was coming in from out of town, and I wanted a jacket the catalog had listed at $199. The manager, Amanda I think her name was, ended up helping us and was terrific. She had to hop on a conference call and left us to Hunter, who definitely didn't want to be at work that day. Not only did he refuse to honor the published price, even after I looked it up on my phone, his disdainful and downright rude attitude meant I left without making any purchase. Skip this location.
