I inquired about the names. There were two managers, Shelly and Sue and a sales associate working. After associate greeted me she went back to unpacking shipment. The two managers continued to talk among themselves about their kids in college and laughing really loudly. Another customer entered the store the associated greeted her and returned to shipment. I was in need of a few new things for my trip but got no real assistance so I left and went to Von Mar where I got great service. I am not surprised that two managers on duty are not being leaders nor do they set the expectation of that store. This is another example of women in management who don't really care about the business. They use the work place as asocial environment not a business. I see this over and over again. Oh well I gave this Chico's in Bloomington, IL another chance which was a mistake.

First off I was told by worker 1 I will receive a 15% off discount on my first purchase by downloading the app, and so I did including the buy one get one free on graphics tees on top of a 40% off discount. I had confirmed this with said worker 1 that all the discounts will be applied. While checking out they told me I would receive the 15% code through TEXT!! This was incorrect I had received it through EMAIL due to this I wasn't able to share said code, later after realizing this I had went back asking if it was possible to have it applied to my purchase. Another worker told me that the discount was ONLY for in app purchase contradicting worker 1 has said. In the end when double checking my receipt after this experience I realized that the buy one get one free was also not applied. Even through both worker in this experience never took acount that the mistake was made after reviewing my receipt. In all honesty I can't help but feel as though I got scammed by missing out on that "deals" I thought I was gonna get. Both workers had opportunity to catch or correct themselves. I understand I also should have been more aware, however I find it hard to blame myself for the fact of pure confusion I was in after being told multiple thing by multiple people that don't align.
