The woman who helped me was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I paid about $25 for a suit jacket and pants. I was able to the suit rushed at no extra cost and it was ready the next day. I dropped off 3 items of clothing; 2 blouses and a winter coat. I was charged for 4 items of clothing because the coat had a removable hood that was an extra 4.19. Next, I wanted to pay with a gift card, but apparently, credit card information is stored and saved on their computer and they just used that one without telling me. When I stated that it was the wrong form of payment, the employee just shrugged her shoulders and said it was already done and if I wanted, I could take it up with the manager tomorrow. Never again!

It's a shame how they seem to not care about quality, I'm in a wedding on 10/14 and it's 10/6, I…read morebrought my dress here on 9/11 to have length removed and to alter the sleeves on my dress. They informed me that I could pick the dress up on 10/6 and she promised when she finished she would call me so I can try it on sooner and not worry. I didn't get a call so today 10/6 I went in to pick up my dress. I was horrified at the outcome, I'll post pictures to show, I don't know how anyone would find it acceptable to wear a dress like this! It looks like it's falling a part! I understand she said she was having family issues but that doesn't mean to produce quality work, I stated that she had it for over 3 weeks and she stated, "the dress has been done for over 3 weeks" and I asked why she didn't call me if it was like she promised, she said a family emergency... I still ended up paying $80!! I'm now taking the dress to another alterations so they can hopefully fix this. I'm sorry but DO NOT go here for alterations, the only thing I would is to have length removed but even that was uneven. She's a sweet woman but I think it's time to retire or to stop taking alterations. Don't blame the dress material for the lack of quality and don't blame a persons body....

Horrific! They destroyed thousands of dollars of clothing. Not a single item was cared for…read moreproperly. Silk dresses, cashmere sweaters, and blazers - all ruined. Sweaters are stiff and pilled. Delicate shirts were hung on metal hangers, completely destroying the shape. Clothing's texture is all stiff and damaged. Pants were shrunk. AND they stuck these horrible glue-on barcodes on everything. Completely un-removable, right over the labels of designer clothes, including a $700 Veronica Beard blazer - destroying everything with their itchy glued on labels that I did not consent to being adhered to my clothing. Only went here because I was on a time-crunch and Cudney's was going to take two extra days. NOT WORTH IT. They should be ashamed.

They actually listed brands on my receipt. Seems like they randomly make up prices based on the item. Every shirt was a different price. I was charged $25 to dryclean one dress! $150 for 12 items! I have been drycleaning my clothes for many years and I have never seen prices this unreasonable. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
