I have seen Dr. Rezendes a couple times but the last time I called because it was 3 years since I have gone I am considered a new patient and the first appointment was in 30 days. I guess I need to know 30 days in advance when I need to go. I went somewhere else. I forgot about last time and called again because The pain in my foot is getting unbearable and once again because I haven't been in three years I am considered a new patient and I can't get in for over 30 days which is absolutely ridiculous because I'm not a new patient I've seen the doctor before and I'm still in the system. i went to this office back on 8/5/2016, provided all contacting information and phone # has not…read morechanged, after my 1st initial visit and filing with my insurance for the visit, I never received or heard anything from the company in 16 months; however right on Thanksgiving, go figure, I received a collection notice of a balance that was unpaid after they submitted the claim to my insurance and NO ONE FROM THIS OFFICE HAD ANY DECENCY OR CONCERN TO CALL OR SEND THE BILL TO MY ADDRESS ON FILE WHICH IS THE SAME. I received the notice an reached out to the office and I spoke to the rude apathy person by the name of Emily which displaced no customer service AT ALL. She blatantly cut me off, over spoke when I was explain my concern with NO COMMUNICATION and then DISCONNECTS THE PHONE. When I call back, she lied and said she has having phone problems and she can hear me better now, the AUDACITY OF SOME PEOPLE. The 'brightness' didn't allow her to realize that a person can hear when a call is dropped intentional and when asked to speak to someone else, She is the only one there. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE TO RECEIVE- NO COMMUNION FOR A YEAR AND WHEN BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE ESTABLISHED- THE WORKERS ARE RUDE AND DEFENSIVE. SPARE YOURSELF AND FIND AN ESTABLISHMENT WITH COMPASSIONATE WORKERS IN FRONT OFFICE AS WELL AS BACK OFFICE AND DOCTORS. PLENTY OF OTHER DOCTOR'S OFFICE THAT IS ACTUALLY DOING EXEMPLARY WORK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.
