This might be a long review because there's so much I have to say about Jose Perez. For starters, my case was complicated due to the fact that this was a probate sale. My dad passed away from Covid in 2022. He didn't have a trust but did have a will that was contested by his son. Over two and an half years after my dad's passing, it was time to sell his home. My dad lived in this home for over 20 years so he had a house full and garage full of tools as well as a lot of trash that needed to be cleaned out before I could put the house on the market and that in itself was going to be a whole project so I needed to find an agent with experience dealing with complicated cases like mine. When I was looking to hire an agent I had a friend refer Jose Perez and he came highly recommended. For our very first meeting, Jose and I met for almost an hour and he came very prepared, answered all of my questions and he immediately made me feel comfortable and like he could get the job done. I text him the very next day to tell him that I wanted to hire him. From the very beginning Jose communicated everything with me. We discussed the huge project of cleaning out my dad's home and he was able to not only help with the cleaning out part, but he also helped me with the estate sale. He did research on the items that had some value and could be sold and the estate sale was a success! What I appreciated so much about Jose was how he wanted to make sure we did everything necessary to honor my dad and his possessions. This was such a HUGE project and I was so thankful that Jose had an answer for every roadblock we encountered. I fully trusted him from the very beginning because I saw his professionalism and attention to detail. He has many resources and knows many people. Any time I had questions or concerns, he would either already have the answer or he would find me the answer right away. The attorney handling my dad's estate was also very impressed with Jose and his knowledge because he was on top of everything! Never have I worked with someone who I trust 100%.
