Sunrise realty is the place to go when you want to make such a big investment. It don't matter if it's a home for yourself or to rent. I have bought 3 homes with Maria and all of them have been a great investment. My entire family have worked with her and everyone have nothing but good words to say about her team. I heard of realtors that just give their client the code to go see the home, but not with sunrise; you always get a realtor in all showings and answer my 100 questions about each property. It's pretty scary to make such a big purchase, but when you make the purchase with the help of knowledgeable people in the business; it's a PEACE OF MIND. read more

To give this review some context, we are in the middle of a COVID-19 pandemic. Banks are changing the loan rules, appraisers and inspectors are hiding out in their homes, and restrictions are being placed for open houses. It's daunting times like these when a realtor's skills will really shine. In our Downey home sale, Maria was ahead of the curve on all of these issues - she planned for potential loan issues, had a network of reliable resources, and kept the communication lines open for all parties involved. We felt connected and supported throughout the sale process. We especially appreciated her insightful, honest, and fact-based approach in explaining every step of the process... and again.. every time the "rules" changed in this COVID-19 crazy. In the face of these uncertain times, she demonstrated the tenacity needed to make this a win-win situation for both us and the buyers. Maria helped my parents buy their first home 10 year ago and our 2nd home in 2017. She is an amazing realtor...she is very patient and you don't feel pressured, she will show you as many houses as you want until u find your dream home. Maria Fernandez recently helped my husband and I buy our first home and she is nothing short of amazing! About 15 ago when I was a little girl, my parents found her business and she helped my parents buy and sell a home. Since then my family and friends have all gone to her for their realty needs, and when it was finally my time to buy my first home, I had no doubt on who I would trust to help my husband and I with this big step. From beginning to end, she made the entire experience seamless. From helping us get approved for a loan and search for houses, to closing and getting us the best deal possible. Just purchased my first home with Maria Fernandez this July in Long Beach and I couldn't be happier. I have been wanting to buy a duplex property for a long time but it's such a big step and I knew I needed to find someone I could trust and knowledgeable to help me. I'm so glad I was recommended to her by my old employer. She was very patient, flexible & hardworking which was really important for me because I work long hours and this was my first time buying a home so I had a lot of questions and concerns as well as an extremely busy schedule to work around. She was very reassuring and wouldn't push me to make any offers unless I was 100% convinced it was THE property I wanted- After I asked why she's not as pushy as other agents I met, she said it was because she focuses her business on good service and if I bought something I wasn't completely sold on I would be unhappy with both the property and her. I finally found the perfect property and she definitely worked hard to make it happen for me even though there were multiple offers. She explained things thoroughly and broke everything down for me as far as the cost and the process so that there was no confusion and even gave some much needed honest advice as a first time buyer. She even took to mind the repairs that the house needed and she was very much on point and accurate about the costs it would be to fix. As an A/C repairman/plumber/construction worker I was really impressed on her knowledge as far as construction and home repairs, I had no clue she would be that knowledgeable. During escrow she was very much on top of things and making sure everything was running smoothly and kept in contact with me to make sure I was comfortable and in the loop. I really thought this process was going to be so much more stressful and difficult but she did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier to be a proud owner of my duplex! I've already recommended her to 2 close friends and a family member and looking forward to buying another property in the next few years as an investment.
