I was able to make a booking within 30 minutes. So many places have such a long wait, but she was fast, efficient and put me at ease. It's been a while since I had a full Brazilian so things were a little wild down there. While it's never painless, she talked me through it and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I want to say that it was $35, which is crazy cheap. It's a place where chairs and areas are rented, so I'm really intrigued and want to get my nails done there next. From the salon, to the staff, to my Brazilian wax, to Josefina herself- my experience was truly enjoyable and top of the line. This was the most painless Brazilian I have ever gotten! The location can be a little easy to pass, when when using your GPS try to slow down and read the buildings as well. I was looking for a spot to wax so I called the number on Yelp and she had an opening so my friend and I went. She uses the same parking lot as the salon. And you enter the salon as if you were going in there and she will take you. I had an eyebrow and neck wax. She was super calming and held up a good conversation as she waxed me. She even tinted my eyebrows without my asking. She is very aware of time and wants to make sure she gets to her customers on a timely manner, please be aware of that. I usually drive from Miami Shores to Downtown to body minute because, really, you can't beat the 5$ per body part waxing. However, parking a true nightmare and the place is a bit cold. But, again, is very cheap. After a few months of doing that, I got sooooo annoyed of having to look for parking, that I went on a yelp search for a decent priced, good quality waxing place near home. I was pleased to find about this little place and decided to give it a try. I had to park on the street because I didn't know about the private lot for customers. Not a big deal though. I went in without an appointment and on a very short notice on a Friday afternoon. Upon my arrival I was greeted but the salon's receptionist (btw Josefina is inside Arcayne salon,) then I was greeted by Josefina, who guided me to the waxing room. Let me tell you, ladies, this is a small place and is not all luxury, is very simple, BUT what a good job she does. Her wax was roll on and I'm usually scared of roll on, but she had the perfect temperature and a good technique and friendly personality. She also uses hard wax for other parts. Her prices are very affordable, so don't hesitate to give her a try. She is truly the best, she truly waxes you! Not like other salons that overcharge and leave spots of hairs.
