I came here for a facial that I booked through class pass. The plaza it's located was a little bit confusing, but I was able to find it. Everybody that was at the front desk was super nice. The facial itself was thorough although for $175 I wish that it was longer than an hour. She did a really good job with cleaning and extractions, and my face was glowing afterwards. Not happy with eyebrows. Paid for mapping and shaping. Agreed on shape to be fuller after shaping. When she was done, eyebrows were skinny not like the demo shown after mapping. Their site info says they close on Saturday at 9pm . I walk to the place at 7:10pm they tell me they close at 7 pm At the door it says they close at 8pm . What was marketed as a $60 mini facial quietly turned into $65 plus an undisclosed "service fee." No mention of this extra charge during booking, check-in, or consultation -- just added at the end without explanation, like they were hoping no one would notice. The facial itself was barely a step above useless. The esthetician seemed disengaged from the moment I sat down -- rushed through every step, skipped a proper cleanse, and left visible residue on my face. The entire appointment was accompanied by a loud clicking timer, creating a sterile, uncomfortable atmosphere. Definitely not the "spa experience" they claim to offer. The real problem came after -- when I gave feedback, Ariana, the manager, responded not with concern, but with deflection and attitude. Rather than take responsibility, she framed my honest critique as "abuse" and accused me of "weaponizing" my experience. That kind of language says everything about their approach to customer service. According to her, the esthetician was "happy to accommodate." That's interesting, considering she looked like she wanted to be anywhere else the entire time. They can dress it up with branding and curtains, but there's nothing luxurious about this place. Was just in last week for a wax and brow lamination and I'll definitely be back! I had Casey and she was very attentive! She gave me some extra ointment and tools to take home if I needed and my brows turned out great! It was nothing more than the usual minor redness I've experienced in the past when getting my eyebrows done any where (from wax). Most importantly, loved that they were able to take me same day! I used to love this place, but my last two visits were horrible. The visit before last, the eyebrow threader ripped my skin off because she was rushing and was removing too much hair at a time. The last visit was completely dumb. I asked for a 5pm appointment but they refused to give me that slot so I took 4:45-5. I left work early to get there and as I am 5 minutes away, the brickell bridge goes up. So I have to wait. I call them (they never answered) but I left a message and they text me back saying they would inform the receptionist. Right after that I get rear ended, so I was going to be a little later than expected! I walk into the brow bar at 4:59 and the receptionist is on the phone. She doesn't acknowledge me AT ALL! When she hangs up the phone at 5:03 I tell her I called and I was just in a car accident, but I'm here to get my brows threaded. She immediately says "you're too late". I push a little more and she says "you can get a wax" but I'm allergic to wax so I asked can I just get them threaded. She said no again. She said the tech was completely booked. I mentioned how I called and that she would be informed. SHE DID NOT CARE! I was clearly frazzled and then got rejected by a receptionist with a VERY POOR ATTITUDE for arriving at my appointment 1 minute before it was over. I've poured thousands of dollars into the business with overpriced eyebrow threading and lash lifts, but they won't be getting a dime from me anymore. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! read more

Let's start by saying my review on google got deleted so I'm writing a new one here along with pictures. Completely scraped my skin by threading, then had the audacity to charge me double. People who know how to properly thread DOES not do this to your face. Offered NO credit, solution, or a true apology. Do not come come here. Read below *** --- Mistakes can happen when an esthetician is shaping your eyebrows but how the staff has remedied the situation is why I'm leaving this review. Please see the picture of my eyebrows right after leaving the establishment. This is not wax my friends, this was threading. Yes, how can someone do this to your face with threading? Although I'm extremely disappointed with the safety and quality of the service, the esthetician did apologize and I appreciate that. What has really upset me is the way the receptionist spoke to me after charging me $45 for the horrifying results. I questioned as to why I'm paying double for my eye brow shaping when the price online specifically says $25. She responded with, "Oh because the esthetician had to use more than just threading so it's more." No where on that website does it disclose that, nobody disclosed that to me, and the only reason the esthetician had to use more than one way to shape my brows was because she saw that my skin was getting really bad. I told the receptionist that this was absolutely not fair and most definitely not in good faith especially after what my face looked like. To which she simply responded " oh it will go down." I'm APPALLED that this is how you treat people at a place of business that is supposed to be professional and provide safe treatment. I have a meeting for work and this will most definitely affect me professionally as my work is modeling. This is completely unexceptable and I could definitely sue for personal injury and negligence. I urge you all to take responsibility over the damage caused. I should have not been charged double for this service let alone anything at all. Had the receptionist not treated me the way she had perhaps I would not be writing this review because it's about the principle. Please train your staff more carefully. She is quick and accurate with her work and very professional with a wonderful attitude. Honestly I'm shocked this place has such good reviews. At first, I was so happy and grateful to have an appt. With all the stress of school, I hadn't realized that my graduation is tomorrow and my brows were full natural bushy. Parking to get here was hellish which isn't particularly the businesses fault but is important for any future customer to know. When I walked in... boy was that SOOOOO awkward! Someone was working on a client already so I truly didn't expect anything crazy, but this person looked up at me and didn't even acknowledge me... so rude! She kept working for a few minutes and I just pretended to be looking at what they had in stock because I felt embarrassed to introduce myself given that she had made eye contact with me. I had to wait for someone to come to the front to say hi to me and check me in. She was nice and led me to the chair. She asked if I wanted waxing or threading and I said whichever she felt more comfortable with. I've been waxing well over 10 years with many threading sessions in between so I'm no stranger to it. I'm down for whatever is going to give me the best result! She verified with me that i don't use retinols and use sunscreen etc which most estheticians do and I relied I don't which I don't and she started waxing. It felt pretty normal although at one point I was like... oop... something feels weird. She handed me the mirror and asked me if I wanted them any thinner and I said no and thought they looked fine. I paid $25 and tipped but as soon as I got to my car I realized my skin has NEVER been this red before! It was SO irritated which has shocked me. Typically they use some kind of aloe Vera gel or something but I didn't feel anything cooling after my wax. Usually my skin goes a bit pink but it goes away in 15 minutes but it's angry red and there's skin that's been waxed off my eyelid!!! When I first got to the car the area was very light and drowned out by the redness which is why I think I didn't realize this in the salon, as the redness went away the area with skin missing grew darker and more pronounced. One brow is nice enough and the other looks horrible In my opinion. Looking at it in detail the underside is choppy and irregular. The first sign that I should not have gone here was that they send you a waiver/form before you go in. That's a red flag right there... I'm so sad I have skin missing from my eyelid the day before my graduation and I PAID for it I've never had this happen before read more
