First off the receptionist is absolutely atrocious, she has no idea what she's talking about and makes you feel horrible. Dr. Morissette does what the patient wants not what's best for the patient. He is a doctor and should know what would be too large or two small for someone's face and doctors should guide the patient into a decision that makes sense. I also feel that he should have had an office visit with me before walking by the me in the surgery room telling me he was going to add a combination of implants size XL to my cheeks. I Never discussed this with him in an office visit!Unfortunately, everything that Dr. Morissette did turned out horrible, and I was botched I spent $12,000 and now it is hard for me to leave the house . Dr. Morissette is a very nice man but unfortunately I had an awful experience that I have to live for the rest of my life. The implants were taken out my my cheeks are bulging out from him stretching them so badly. I also was left with an elevated lip on the right hand side! He took away half of my lip! Dr. Morissette and staff are amazing…read more I was grateful to have been sent to Dr. Morissette by my endodontist who was performing a root canal when she realized the tooth was not salvageable. She called Dr.Morissette and they got me in the next morning to remove the tooth. The staff was welcoming and sympathetic to my situation. I was scared because I have never experienced anything beyond a cavity. Dr.Morrissette explained everything to me, if I didn't understand something he was kind and simply went over the procedure again. He removed the tooth that morning without any complications. During our visit I noticed he also did cosmetic procedure's. I prompted an interest in Botox, fillers. and peels. Again without hesitation he gave his opinion on things that may help brighten up my features. In no way did I ever feel him pushing me into anything, in fact it was quite the opposite. I did end up doing a TCA peel Botox and had my lips done. I could not be happier with the outcome of everything. Dr. Morrissette has a lot of energy and is confident with his skill. His aromatherapy, heated blankets and classical music during my procedures were as relaxing as any spa I've been to, and he and his staff go the extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable at all times, including a personal follow-up phone call at night to make sure I'm still pain free.
