I have submitted 7 times and each time they say they didn't receive. As expected, nothing less than criminal behavior from a life insurance company. Won't return phone calls and expect you to wait on hold for hours on end. Sent multiple email and no response. There are better life insurance companies out the people. Do yourself a favor and use one of those.
