This agency starting from the owner of the business to the branch manager of the kingwood branch are just rude!! They are unprofessional and to be honest I have never in my entire work history encountered an agency like it. I contacted this company as a referral from a friend whom had used them previously. I went and interviewed (mind you I am a very experienced and educated professional.) They loved my credentials and told me all that they were going to do for me. That didn't equate to Jack! Nothing, and I do mean absolutely NOTHING! These people can't even return a phone call for one and that's not even the worst part of it. Let's see, I ended up finding a job on my own because these people suck at their job so bad. But guess what, I wasn't extremely pleased with the company i was with so I continued trying to find work through Murray Resources. Well let me tell you how great that ended up. Mind you, I found this job NOT Murray Resources. It just so happens that my VP of Sales is the son of one of the employees here at Murray Resources. Pretty sure her name is Kathy. Well Kathy and all of her idiotic professionalism was kind enough to tell her son, MY BOSS, that I was seeking employment. Mind you this violates every piece of confidentiality and privacy you would expect as a candidate. So after I was fired from the Job I found I bring it to their attention, in fact I even spoke with the owner to tell her what a horrible situation they created for me. She apologizes over and over telling me they will correct the problem. She assigns me to a new recruiter, lol and even still this woman hasn't called me back and I'm lucky to see a job they send me what once every two months. This place is terrible. Do not waste your time, do not send anyone to them bc they are the worst business for finding employment in this city. I've already found new work and am doing great but just the fact that these people can't even correct a wrong when it's brought all the way up to the CEO's attention speaks to the caliber of business it truly is. Steer clear. I'm still exploring the idea of filing suit against Murray Resources for violating my confidentiality agreement they specifically had me sign. This hasn't dissipated just yet.
