This is the biggest scam company I have ever seen. I lump it in with the "IRS Scam" people. Over the course of 5 years they have non-stop called me despite being told to stop contacting me. If you call their main office, nobody picks up, no matter which extension you call. I got ANOTHER call today and spoke in gibberish to the guy for 5 minutes. He KEPT TALKING. I don't know if it is sheer incompetence or just a sheer willingness to not care, but these people need to be stopped. I was returning a call to Toni for my supervisor and had the worst "recruiting" call in my professional career. What a terrible person - she interrupted me, and called me rude when I tried to explain that we already have an outside recruiting firm. She told me she saw our ad on ZipRecruiter - which is not a company we use. I tried to explain all this, then she kept asking questions and I tried to get off the phone, she yelled at me. THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I've already blocked the emails from this company and I need to figure out how to block the phone calls as well. DO NOT ANSWER. Just save yourself the time. This company calls my office at least once a day and has for the last year or so. I have asked them repeatedly to remove us from their call list because we do not do business with outside staffing agencies. I have spoken to three people, left a comment on their website, and have called them twice today to get us removed from the list. I spoke with two people on 1/29 to get us removed, they told us we were removed, then someone else called and emailed us later that day. I spoke with that person and he assured me we would be removed from their list and this would ensure we wouldn't be called again. Then someone called me today, 2/6. It's irritating and disrespectful. Unimpressed. After the first contact from them, which I forwarded along to our in-house recruiting guy in early October, I've been sent virtually-identical emails three times (twice on the same day from the same purported contact in one case). I've unsubscribed each time since, though by CAN-SPAM requirements, they aren't in violation for another few days. At this point, I'm forwarding all emails from them to their ethics@talentlogic.com address. Maybe they'll take the hint that I'm still not the guy to contact, and that they're wasting my time and theirs alike. If it persists too much longer, I'll add the FTC's reporting address (spam@uce.gov) to that forwarding chain. This company constantly calls me for positions that are not AT ALL in my field. I have asked to be removed from their calling list but they continue to call. One "recruiter" pushed and pushed me to agree to go on an interview for a position that would be 2 steps back for me. They do not listen and have no consideration for the job seeker. Their goal is clearly to fill positions with their clients and get paid the commission. No real concern for matching the right candidate with the right company. The number shows up as TX but I do not believe they are based in the US. read more

This company is terrible. I am sorry that I didn't search for reviews before I entered into a contract with them. Being new to utilizing recruiters for filling positions I entered into a (60 day replacement guarantee) agreement with them...at 15%. They were paid in full in 45 days...approximately 15,000$. We got a good candidate from them, however he resigned in 51 working days...71 calendar days...which is ridiculous. While I was a first time client for them and asked if they would be flexible about the "60 day agreement" they insultingly said they would do a replacement hire for 10%. Additionally...I had to chase them down...they didn't return my calls and emails...I reached out about 5-6 times. These cats have been pinging me for ages with inquiries as to my availability. I have repeatedly attempted to ask them not to contact me further, after which, I've just kind of gone about my life until the next useless contact comes through. Today, one of their stable of headhunters contacted me to see if I would be interested in a position as a fire protection engineer. For those of you that don't know, fire protection engineers design and build sprinkler and alarm systems. I am a network engineer. I design and build information networks. The only thing that I have in common with a fire protection engineer is the noun in both our titles. Best part? When I asked him if he even knew what a fire protection engineer was, he replied that it was a mistake but that "well I have another job that matches your requirement". This isn't the first time that something similar to this has happened. It is the first that it has been so wildly off base. To those of you who are actually looking for work and reading this, remember, your recruiter can have just as much impact on your search as you do. If all your recruiter is doing is trying to place a body, any body, in one of two dozens completely different roles in completely different fields, I don't care how much attention they are showing you, theirs is help you neither want, nor need. read more

Awful Haressment, Annoying Unprofesdional.. These people call and call and call. You request they take u off their call list they still call. If u remove your resume from the job sites they still call. You block them they still call and leave long voice mails. Very unprofessional and annoying. Harassment. From a candidate's perspective, I was not impressed. Google Maps cannot even find 2313 Timber Shadows Drive (says Kingwood Fitness). The first guy contacted me on Linked In and then called me on Saturday morning during breakfast with no appointment. When I requested a JD before sending my resume, he sent me a jumbled mess in Linked In (could have used a Word attachment or emailed it). His American name did not match his strong Indian accent. He knew absolutely nothing and referred me to a 2nd guy "Duke" who requested a copy of my resume by email, which I provided only after the first guy told me they worked with this "client" company for over 15 years, and promised a 3rd guy would answer all my questions. The 3rd guy also had a strong Indian accent that did not match his "Southern US" name. I had to push another (better) recruiter off to the next day to keep our appointment, for which he was over 90 minutes late (called at 5:15 PM). He confirmed my strong background in 1 area he claimed to be important to his client, but he was unable to answer ANY of my questions, which made it clear that no one at Talent Logic had ever spoken with a person at this so-called client company, not to mention the hiring manager (which is standard practice for most reputable recruiters). My wife and I had seen the exact same job posting 2 weeks earlier on Indeed, but I was too busy to respond. I figured the company had not found the right candidate on Indeed, and had asked them to follow up. However, in hindsight, it appears they got all their information from the Indeed listing. To be fair, the job is a great match, so at least they got ONE thing right! read more

Being in HR I understand how hard it is to find qualified candidates that not only have the skills, knowledge and abilities. But also the characteristics that will fit a company, team and overall culture. I know they have some bad reviews on yelp but my experience was extremely positive. Here is my side of the story- (by the way star is zero) I was contacted by 2 people from this company about the same day for the same opportunity (COO position in Northern California). I asked them to coordinate among themselves and only one person to contact me. Then, this person named Jennifer Wright, Recruiting Manager started contacting me. Asked for my updated resume and I sent her. Then she wrote email saying that her calls were going to voicemail all the time, therefore to provide an alternative number. I was surprised to hear that because I had not seen any calls (not even one, nada) from area code 281. When I told her that there was no calls from her and I asked her to give me the number that she is calling from and also to leave me a voice message to call her back, she never leaves a voice message or the number to call her back. I think these guys have no idea what they are doing because the number they call is converted to 201 area code from Jersey City, NJ and when you don't pick up the call, machine generated voice message leaves you a message to chose Insurance company for 50% off rate. I never pickup a call from the number that I am not familiar with. My worries now are that they have my resume and they could misuse for multiple things. I think these guys are into a scam business or they are being hacked by scammers. Is there any government agencies reading these review to take action against these boo-fans? read more

Scammers. They take job specs off of CareerBuilder and Ziprecruiter and then cold-call the company telling them they have qualified candidates. They then surf through online resumes and email you candidates that are visible online to anybody. Then they call the candidate and tell them that they found a job. Any HR person can do this themselves. Then they pass themselves off as these hard working people who worked so hard to match you to the perfect candidate once you find out that all they did was take resumes online from people without their consent. Then they lie and tell you that they have the candidate under contract (which they don't). Then once you point out that they just tried to scam you; they send you an invoice to your AP Department hoping to get paid. Then when you call them out on being lying scammers again; they have to talk to some other clown who plays dumb and he "didn't know all of the circumstances" - and try and point out that they sent emails to you which is a "verbal contract" - sorry guys - an email doesn't substantiate that..... I'm filing a consumer complaint on these scamsters. read more

I provided them feedback on why they missed the mark and told them to recalibrate their search to different parameters, but they still submitted the same unqualified candidates. I work in Talent Acquisition at my company and received no fewer than 11 emails all from different email addresses at Talent Logic as did my manager, our HR Director, and other hiring managers, all soliciting and saying "I understand you have _____ position open. I have candidates that match the job description that will not be available on the market much longer, and I may have suitable candidates for other open positions - can we talk?" The first 1 or 2 times, I politely let them know we were not adding additional staffing vendors and would reach out to them if anything changed. After the 11 emails and a call from my manager to them, I explicitly told them to cease all solicitation from me and employees at my company. That seemed to stop them emailing me and my manager, but that's when they moved to spamming our HR Director. I AGAIN reached out to them and asked them to stop all communication again today. They are HARASSING our HR team and our other employees, and they need to be stopped. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and I hope others will, too. read more

I asked for more information about the opportunity I was considering but he did not provide any feedback. I called him a few days later and I immediately picked up the Indian accent so I knew I was wasting time. I asked him to present the position but he just didn't show any interest in doing it in a way that I could understand what the job was about.
