He knew exactly how to support the surgery I needed, and explained the complex orthodontic and 2-step surgical process in a very understandable way but without oversimplifying. As specialists in the "upper palette" issues I was facing, Dr. Walker and the team of amazing orthodontic hygienists not only perfectly aligned my bite and chewing around my surgically reconstructed jaw, but also opened my airway and greatly improved my breathing! Now, all four top teeth have root canal issues, and the cost to fix this is over $20,000. On top of that, he used an intense light that left dark spots on my lips after drying the glue. It seems he did all this intentionally, with these problems only becoming apparent years later. I recorded all my visits and can provide proof if necessary. Dentist. Lindgren falsely claimed I cursed his staff, which is completely untrue. If I had, I would ask him to specify exactly what was said and to whom. I urge him to do the right thing. This behavior is unprofessional and immature. Dentist. John Lindgren and his wife, both highly educated and quick to defend themselves, seem skilled at deflecting criticism rather than addressing the real issues at hand. Despite their credentials, their behavior throughout my treatment was unprofessional and disrespectful.

It took me a long while to find a dentist with hours that were after my work gets out (I work until 4!) and also is anywhere near where I live (I just bought a house)! I had to go all weekend because for some reason they are only open mon-thurs and take Friday off? This is strange to me with an office that has more than one dentist but OK. I had to wait all weekend only to find out their hours changed and they are now only open until 4PM, Mon-Thurs but also, don't plan to change their website to show the change because *technically* the hours don't go into affect for another month and they are booked solid for that month. And that yes, they're booked solid for a month so even though I have a cracked molar they'd see me in *A Month* because I'm not an established patient. . They don't *do* emergency appointments unless you're established. Even to look and see what's going on? I mean. I batted 0/3 here. I couldn't give a single star, but one for the obligatory Yelp star.
