I had a schedule to get my bottom teeth cleaned. We had a family emergency in Spokane so I called at least 4 days ahead of time to reschedule. I was given an appointment 6 months out. I understand dentists are busy but the problem with this is my daughter got at the least 4 phone calls asking her if she wanted to schedule a 10 a.m. appointment, the same time slot as me. Not once did I get a call asking if I would like a sooner date. All I can take from this is after spending 24,000.00 there I was treated as a first time patient that was a no call no show instead of an established patient just having to reschedule. I have heard the front staff belittle patients for calling and asking directions to their office, calling and saying they're going to be late because it's a blizzard outside I was even treated rudely once when it was an hour past my appointment time and I asked if they forgot about me I was told to sit down they're busy and they'll get to me when they get to me. So yes today was my appointment with them for my cleaning I totally forgot about it being 6 months out and being insulted with the way I was treated I made an appointment with another dentist. My reviews about Winterhollar are mixed. I love Dr. Will (he went out of his way to help me). But I'm under the impression that if you don't fit in with the front desks click then you're not welcome to come there.

I went to one dentist who prepared the tooth for a crown and did a good job. He told me there was a chance the crack was deep enough that I would need a root canal and only time would tell. A few days later, it was clear I needed the root canal. Man I missed my dentist. Multiple friends told me I would not find better than Chad Kriskovich. They were right! As I sit here trying to find the words to describe how "great" my root canal experience was LOL, it's true. He took his time, he was gentle, he was thorough, and his competence was as evident as his kindness. I can't recommend him more highly.

They took unauthorized money from my financier account, meaning that I did not know about. They stated I needed my bottom teeth done, and again, I did not authorize, but they took the funds out of my finance anyway. I had asked for my money back, and they finally sent it. As for the dentist, he was so nice, but he did a bad job on my bridges. They are so uncomfortable, I have lumps behind half of my teeth, the front teeth are so thin and one of the bridges feels like it's going to come out. I highly recommend that you do not use this dental place! They are too expensive and do not do a good job. I'm going to have to have them redone, definitely by another dentist.

I think with the retirement of the OG's things are going quite well there with Astle. He recently fixed my chipped front tooth and I'm exceptionally happy with the aesthetics of the results.
