The customer service with the new company was awful so needless to say I went back to insurance solutions the following year. I swear to God this was like some demented Glengarry Glen Ross fantasy. No matter what I said he just kept pressuring me to give him all of the details of my new policy so he could try to undercut the policy and other personal information that is not needed to cancel a policy. Now he is stalling on cancelling the policy hoping it will go into effect and I will have to pay the first installment. Good luck with that, I'll take the hit on a credit report. I am not calling Malcolm pompous, like the other reviewer did, but I am certainly not disagreeing with the other reviewer either. All he does is bad mouth the other insurance company claiming they don't know what they are doing. Well they valued my property higher and charged me $500 less for better coverage. Of course Malcolm wants to compare apples to apples, so he can remove all the non requested coverage's that were added to my policy over the years so he can beat their price.
