These guys are just attorneys who decided to practice Family Law. My experience with Azemika & Azemika was horrible. I personally met with Nicholas for my consultation and he shared stories of success in family law. I had a child custody matter that needed to be resolved. It was not complicated, but my child's mother was litigious. I felta bit confident because opposing counsel was not exclusively a family law attorney, he was a one-man law firm that did a little bit of everything in regards areas of specialty. During the court hearing, the opposing counsel (attorney) easily outmaneuver Nicolas' oral arguments in front of the judge. It was like Azemika & Azemika are family law attorneys in general, but don't have the ability to handle above-average skilled attorneys that push back against them. They didn't even object when the other attorney made absurd claims. ***I literally ended up with significantly less custody as a result of Azemika & Azemika's failures. After burning through my money throughout the months, they would not take phone calls unless payments were made in full. I was a college student at the time and needed to make payments after a certain point, but they refused this option. After not being able to pay for an full retainer fee again (they wouldn't accept payments, they filed a motion with the court to drop me as a client. I absolutely regret using them to represent me. I eventually got a different attorney who immediately got me full custody (which is unusual for a man to get) and eventually a court order that allowed me to move out of Kern County with my son.

Even with holidays, extra requirements for Covid, etc, from the time the first "pay or quit" notice was posted, it only took 8 weeks before the deputies were removing a troublesome, deadbeat. Granted, the tenant did not fight any aspect of the eviction, and the court, and the sheriff's department were very efficient, Tele was Johnny-on-the-Spot with filings, prompts for my signatures, etc. Tele can't make the process go faster, but he can make sure every step is handled quickly, and most importantly, accurately. I recently heard of a local eviction 'specialist' who filed the wrong dates on a landlords paperwork, costing the owner extra months of rent. Not Tele. Tele is friendly and patient - explaining the details of every step, before it happens and adding clarification, again, when it happens. I was very grateful for his generosity of time, as he detailed every particular in the process and point that required attention.
