To start out my mother is aging and we needed to get her estate worked out. I went not knowing what he charged but the average from phone calls to lawyers was between $1,500 to $4,000. I went to Joseph after I had a very bad experience with a large law firm in town. I was buying a house from a family who lost their dad to brain cancer. The father passed away without a will and he was the only one on the deed so before the family could sell me their house they needed to go through probate.
