After a cursory search on Google to finally square away setting up a living trust for my father and mother, I called Carl at PINK Legal explaining what I was looking for. Carl was very thorough over the phone and did an excellent job at explaining the whole process to me, and was quick to send an email once we got off the phone with the necessary information from my parents to fill out and gather prior to the in-person appointment, which made the process go as smooth and efficiently as one could hope for. When my family and I arrived at his office, his receptionist (I apologize for not getting her name) was very pleasant and greeted us warmly into their waiting room/area, offering us water while we waited for the appointment to start (we tend to arrive a bit early for meetings). The thing I appreciated most about this experience was how casual, yet substantive he was with taking the time to convey to my parents how the living trust would work with the handling of their estate.
