Good luck ever trying to get in contact with staff when a problem arises. The staff are on the…read morepremises a total of 11 hours a week during normal working hours so it is very diffucult to talk to them in person. The staff are not personable AT ALL. If you call and leave a voicemail they will not bother to call you back, they will simply send you you a brief e-mail several days later... I highly recommend getting your own washer/dryer in the apartment, although they will charge you an extra $30 a month. The public washers/dryers constantly broke down when I was there and ate countless quarters. Last, I decided to move out before my lease was up due to finding a place closer to work, and they took it upon themselves to clean and let someone else move in WHILE I WAS STILL PAYING FOR THE APARTMENT. Although I was no longer living there, I still had the lease under my name and was still paying for it. They did not even ask if I would mind if they moved someone else in. Overall, the lack of communication, over-price, and lack of maintenance to washer/dryers, door-locks, etc. left me with a below average experience.

The office manager, upon final inspection, was declaring items needing repaired which were issues upon my Moms arrival. I feel they were more worried about retaining money from the deposit instead of doing the right thing and having integrity. My other frustration was directed at the continual increase in rent year-over-year- when you have seniors on a fixed income it causes additional stress they don't need.
