Had an issue with the "well" hard water here at the facility in FDL...made contact with Mgt and they did take action reaching out to Culligan. The Culligan man came found we had a unit that was unplugged & tub that houses the salt was cracked?! He said he'd see us the following week for replacement but came back the same day & replaced it?! New owners working on major improvements, all things take time to fix others neglect.

If negative stars was possible, they would get them. To start with our rental had been patched to appear fine, but after being there for over two years the black mold and water damage in main structual supports began to seep through their layors of paint jobs. To fix the mold, they had some clown come in with a jack saw and cut away parts of the house, which were replaced with a plastic covered foam.... wood. replaced with foam.... They never fixed anything, and instead broke the law by messing with eletrical fixtures around the mold without permit. Titan is bar far the least professional company I've had the displeasure of being around. read more

I am convinced it is run by Vigo the Carpathian and a river of sludge runs underneath their office. I lived at Fulton Place for three years. It was managed by three different leasing offices. Titian Management was the last and the absolute WORST to manage the building. Office Staff was rude, ignorant. Never answered the phones, If you got a person over the phone, they were usually snippy, condescending, and very dismissive. I waited as long as a week for a service request. In three years my kitchen sink ran over 3 times. Water was literally over my shoes. In order to deal with my kitchen sink which had sewer issues, my toilet had to be taken up. If my neighbor had issues with the plumbing so did I. Somehow the plumbing was attached from my apartment to my neighbor that lived next door. I moved out of the building Aug 26th 2019 and left that place in mint condition. As I figured, I didn't receive my full Security Deposit. Before I left, I did a full walk through recording every room and every wall, bathroom, kitchen. My Security Deposit was $750, I received $370 when I moved out. 45 days after my move out date. I TOOK TITIAN MANAGEMENT TO COURT the next day. In court the judge ruled in my favor! THE JUDGEMENT WAS for an additional $175 plus the $370 so in total $545 out of the $750 deposit. I encourage everyone to take pictures and videos, keep receipts, show up in person to speak to management about problems with your unit. Paying your rent on time and every month entitles you to be serviced in a professional manner. If you don't feel like you are serviced, complain. LAST OF ALL FIGHT FOR YOURSELF! Take them to COURT. If enough people followed through by demanding what they are rightfully owed, Management would not continue to ROB unsuspecting victims renting from SLUM LORDS such as TITIAN MANAGEMENT located at 926 Main Street. We were moving from out of state and needed help finding a house. I felt more comfortable going through a rental agency... this rental agency, however, is incompetent and immoral. When we got the keys to the house we discovered that it was completely uninhabitable. The carpet was so dirty it was slimy, the smell from standing water in the basement was unbearable, there was broken glass everywhere, grease completely clogging the stove vent... I didn't even want to take off my boots or gloves. No one from Titan would meet with us at the house. We had to wait three days to even return the keys because no one would meet with us, and then they refused to return our deposit. Their lease is a Frankenstein mess cobbled together from something they borrowed from another apartment complex and their staff obviously have no idea how to behave professionally. Avoid dealing with them at all costs and take your money elsewhere. read more

My child was sick and in home isolation during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, when schools and businesses closed. The property owner decided to sell the house at this time, and all I asked Titan is that I be contacted to confirm I would be home for showing times, because my child is sick and can't leave the house , and shouldn't be there alone while different sets of strangers are walking through the house. I'm home most of the day, gave out my schedule and contact info, etc. Titan threatened me with a fine and falsely reported to the Housing Auhority that I was refusing access to maintenance staff. When pressed, Titan stated that my attempts to arrange times for Realtor showings counted as refusing access. Titan also stated that one of the Realtors told them I had refused to let him in....even though I walked with him through the house and chatted about its repair history. I guess answering the door in a face mask and offering hand sanitizer is somehow refusing to let someone in??‍ It's been a horrible week, stressed about a sick child and loss of income due to COVID, and now having to field texts, calls, lies and threats....making sure to document EVERY interaction to protect myself from accusations of refusing access. And after all of that, Maintenance/Contractors and 2 other Realtors now voluntarily cancelled their appointments to enter the house, when they were made aware that a sick child was confined here. She should be well and able to leave the house with me soon enough. Public Health and our doctor advise against these showings for my child's health and the public's safety.....and all I asked was to make sure that I would be home. Leave it to Titan to make a total mess out of an already stressful situation....and one that the entire country is experiencing, no less. The irony is that Titan even closed their office to the public because of COVID-19 precautions. I can't afford to take Titan to court if they continue to act this way, so all I can do is document it and share what happened, to protect myself and warn others. read more

AT the green apartment on 1002 Cincinnati St, I've encountered poor air ventilation, cracks in the walls, a thin ceiling, bug infestations, untrustworthy management agents, employees that don't care about the apartment conditions you're in, lazadasical tenets when it comes to maintenance issues and cause dirty, smelly hallways, and more. Any issue I had, the management never cared to do anything about or would take forever to fix anything on their part. I was never asked if I wanted to renew my lease, so they raised my leasing price for the next year which was only lowered slightly. I'd ask about moving out and I was told my apartment looked well-kept and I'd get my deposit back, then I only received $120 out of my $600 deposit and then still don't care of course. I moved in 2 years ago, and there were still spiderwebs, cigarette marks, a cat smell, clogs and socks in the dryer, uncompleted water leaking projects, and more before I moved in along with a plethora of mold and bacterial build-up(pics on file) from prior to me moving in that ended up causing medical issues, and I ultimately had it inspected and correctly self-cleaned through-out the entire apartment. read more

I have only been living at this house since Feb. I only couple of issues and right away maintenance came to fix my problems. They even got my into the house right away. Having a place in town is so much different then Woodsedge Ct where I did live. I wouldn't live there for nothing. Titan Property Management takes full advantage of people and provides less than habitable living conditions. They are unprofessional at every turn regardless of who you are as a tenant. Not once did I speak with someone who actually had a clue as to what was happening or how a leasing company should operate. Not once was I treated with any semblance of acceptable customer service etiquette. Despite paying rent on time, every time and leaving the apartment better than when I took possession with photo evidence, I received only a fraction of my security deposit. I would not rent from these cons. I rented off of them for 6 years. I'm that 6 years I had to repair the ceiling twice because of rain made the drywall fall out, repaired a few other things and never got paid for it or it taken off my rent. After I moved out I deep cleaned, painted and mowed. All of which they charged me for doing assuming I didn't do it. On top of that they went back on their word. I gave a 60 day notice which would of been the 11th of the month. I had talked to the owner and he said as long as I was out by the 31st I wouldn't owe prorated rent. So when the 11th came around I got an email stating I owe $291 for the 11 days. The owner said it wasn't in writing so our agreement didn't matter I still had to pay. So I did. Now I get a letter stating I owe late fees on top of all kinds of other things. They want another $91 this time. My point to this is do not rent from them. I'm not the only one that's been screwed by these shallow humans. read more

We had very few issues with Titan when we first moved in. The apartment was clean and in good condition. We have been in our apartment for one year now, and will be here until our lease is up one year from now. After that, I'm not sure if we'll continue renting from them. We have been waiting 2 weeks to have functioning AC in the middle of Summer. Our apartment was 76 degrees for 4 days. I had to call 3 times just to get a window AC unit delivered. They can't give me ANY answers about when someone will be coming to take care of this because "it is their busiest time of the year with people moving out." However, during the middle of summer, AC is an issue they should address immediately. I actually had a similar issue at my last apartment complex, and they took care of it almost immediately (just had to wait for the part). They provided us with multiple window AC units, and considered it an urgent issue. I expected the same response from Titan, but was extremely disappointed instead. read more

I have lived in a titan residence for one year now. While it seemed like a great place at first I have since learned of my miatake. Getting any major maintenance done on my house is impossible. My roof started leaking in the entryway approximately 6 months ago. Its was so bad that the plaster was beginning to crumble. I had to call several times and pit in many maintenance requests before anyone even came out to look at it. Finally 3 months later they began working on the roof just in time for winter to begin. They never finished the roof and it now sits covered by a tarp. I have paid extra high heating bills all winter long because of my unfinished roof. On the other hand they will enter your home no matter what when they need to, sometimes with less than 24 hours notice. If they need to perform some sort of insurance inspection or want to show your home at the end of your lease they will do so whether you are present or not. I understand that I am renting but this is still my home and I do not appreciate having it invaded on a regular basis. They do NOT work with your schedule no matyer how flexible you try to be. I do NOT reccomend this rental agency. The only thing they had going for them was an EXTREMELY wonderful employee who I believe no longer works for them. read more

My experience with titan pm started by a phone call. I asked the woman on the other end of the line if she had any three bedrooms available for $700. She happily said yes she did and proceeded to give me a address . I showed up with whom I was getting the apartment for, the mother of my child. We stepped into this new refurbished trailer. It was beautiful. I told her this was a beautiful trailer for 700$ and she looked at me and said, " we don't have any trailers for 700$. This is 1100$..... " I was lied too to get us out there because she knew I had 3 grand in my pocket and we were in a bind. I ended up having to have my baby momma move into a 850$ a month trailer, Plus electricity. That's how they began our relationship. When she moved in the carpet was all muddy from workers walking in and out not wiping their feet. They took two months to put a skirt on her trailer and her lot numbers up. She wrote her lot numbers in dry erase marker on the siding of the trailer so her and her sisters medications could be delivered because titan property management refused to put up the numbers and they began to harass my baby momma and her down syndrome sister saying they were going to charge her for defacing their beautiful trailer. I explained to them that it was dry erase marker and they began to harass me as well. They are rude, disrespectful, and do not know what they are talking about. Last month while my baby momma was is the hospital giving birth to our beautiful baby girl, I had to go pay her rent. As I was in there the woman I was paying rent to started hollering about how she was tired of people coming into her office to pay rent and that they needed to use the tenant portal they had set up (its a online bill pay site that they set up) and if they did not she would start charging people $15 every time they paid rent. I used the tenant portal this month and wouldn't you know it that they charge a $14 dollar "convienance" fee. Not only do they have the gall to complain that I'm paying rent to them. They are going to charge me money to pay rent no matter how i do it. They are just a bunch of leeches trying to suck the money out of hard working people. They will enter your apartment trailer ect. When ever the hell they want with no regards to you. Rent from them at your own risk.
