Following a recommendation I decided to see an osteopath and have never looked back! I now rarely get headaches, rarely take painkillers, and feel so much better. Wonderful energy, the White Spring is a place to sit and enjoy the sound of running water, it is run by volunteers, they sing, play drums and lots of other things for you to enjoy, the sound vibrates in the surroundings what a wonderful experience. Always give a donation for the candles used as it is volunteer based, otherwise they have to provide themselves. You meet people of like mind and an sit outside and enjoy the conversation and meditate.
