Following a recommendation I decided to see an osteopath and have never looked back! I now rarely get headaches, rarely take painkillers, and feel so much better. I still go regularly to maintain my well being and posture, and think it is money very well spent. I highly recommend the osteopath Caroline Harmsworth she is fantastic!
Well worth a visit…read more You need to look on their website for the timings as they change throughout the year. Wonderful energy, the White Spring is a place to sit and enjoy the sound of running water, it is run by volunteers, they sing, play drums and lots of other things for you to enjoy, the sound vibrates in the surroundings what a wonderful experience. Always give a donation for the candles used as it is volunteer based, otherwise they have to provide themselves. You meet people of like mind and an sit outside and enjoy the conversation and meditate.

I can honestly say I have never known anything like this place. The staff are so good at their jobs…read morethat I have never looked back since I left. I think it is because Western Counselling has never compromised on what they deliver; they haven't got diverted from their values by the latest trends in treatment or funding streams. They have a very high success rate, including me. They have very high standards here and that is very important. If you want to recover this is the place that will give you all you ever need to become who you want to be. I strongly suggest you pay them a visit, Sue

The staff team is small which means you become familiar with all the members of staff. I really liked this, as it was not overwhelming like big wards. The ward is well equipped but any labours that are likely to be complicated or result in caesarean sections will not be possible at St Peters they just deal with natural births. There are a few rooms on the ward for new mums to stay with there babies after birth. I stayed in the hospital for 5 days after having my daughter as I caught a fever and was unwell. The ward is clean and tidy. There are actual separate rooms for the patients rather then cubical.
I booked Louise's combination package and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to…read moreexplore different therapy methods. It's awesome value and allows you to find out what works best for you and then go from there. From the outset, Louise's approach was reassuringly thorough and professional, but above all else, caring. Louise really does work on "mind, body and soul" in concert and I have found the results impressive after my first 3 sessions: there is a significant reduction in my anxiety, I feel more resilient and able to cope with stress and I'm enjoying an overall sense of improved physical and mental wellness. If you've found that "talking therapies" never have enough of an impact, I urge you to book with Louise. She's given me practical support and some things I can do proactively myself that make a difference every day. The Havening Techniques which were a mystery to me before my first session have proved the most beneficial. I found the experience emotional but fascinating and beautifully comforting. I'm looking forward to doing more.
