I was in the store with my daughters today Sunday November 26 to try on some outerwear, my daughter had to assist me by reaching for the higher level items I wanted to try on as well as look for special hook to take them down while two sales ladies at the desk which were maybe two feet away watched us. We were not greeted nor acknowledge with the exception of the young gentleman working in the men's department the entire time we were in the store. I did happen to make my purchase and left the store wondering if I should return it simply because the service was so horrific at the lack of customer service for a high end store. I doubt I will ever walk in there again. I would not recommend shopping in the woman's dept unless you want to feel invisible.
