I just had a filling performed at Josh Brothers Dental. It was the fastest, least painful dental experience I have ever had.

It was explained to me in great detail what had happened to the tooth and what was going on and why there was not enough bone mass in my jaw to keep the tooth going. Rather than having me make an appointment for another day, they delayed their lunch plans and stayed around and extracted the tooth. Very friendly staff, beautiful facility, and both of the dentists I consulted with were extremely friendly fellows. If I ever have an endodontic need in the future this is where I'm going. Highly recommended .

Let's be honest... nobody wakes up thinking, "You know what sounds like fun today? A root canal!"…read more I ended up at Apex Endodontics through the VA Community Care program after another dental office in Parker left me in EXCRUCIATING pain. I prayed that God would send me to the right place to fix my tooth, and He absolutely did. The first surprise? Dr. Jack personally called me after receiving my referral. He listened to everything I had been through, scheduled me for the earliest available appointment, and promised to call if a cancellation opened up. A few days later, the phone rang. "We can get you in tomorrow!" Praise God! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredible. Yazmane greeted me with a smile, Teresa took my x-rays, listened patiently to my story, and never once made me feel rushed. Then Dr. Jack came in. Instead of trying to sell me on additional procedures or making me feel like my questions were a burden, he carefully examined my teeth, explained exactly what he found, and gave me options so I could make an informed decision. Now here's the funny part... During the root canal, I actually had tears running down my face. Not because it hurt... Because IT DIDN'T!! After what I had experienced previously, I couldn't believe I wasn't feeling pain. I didn't feel the dentists tool filing into my teeth like I had before. At that moment, I realized I was finally in good hands. Since I couldn't fall asleep, I just sat there watching Dr. Jack and Teresa work together. They barely had to speak. Every instrument he needed was already waiting in her hand before he asked. It was like watching a perfectly choreographed dance or a magic trick they've performed a thousand times. Their teamwork was honestly mesmerizing. Before I knew it, Dr. Jack said, "We're almost done," and then... we WERE done. When I stood up, I cried again. This time because I knew the nightmare was finally over. Today, the numbness is gone, I can finally feel ChapStick on my lips again (which is an underrated blessing ), and while my jaw is a little sore from keeping my mouth open so long, the unbearable pain I had been living with is gone. Even as I was leaving, the ladies at the front desk asked how I was feeling. That simple act spoke volumes. If you need an endodontist, I cannot recommend Dr. Jack, Teresa, Yazmane, and the entire Apex team enough. They treated me with kindness, compassion, professionalism, and respect from beginning to end. Thank you all for reminding me what exceptional patient care looks like. You didn't just fix my tooth, you restored my faith that healthcare can still be compassionate. God truly answered my prayer by sending me to your office.

Super disappointing and I wish I could bring my concerns to the attention of a supervisor but that…read moreis apparently impossible. On my first appointment I walked in the door exactly 10 minutes late and was fully aware of that and ready to happily rebook. I walked in to the two receptionists on there cellphones facing away from the front and overhear the one who isn't even tending the front say "15 minutes late" in a condescending tone clearly not meant for me to hear followed by and eye roll. They break up their conversation and turn back to their computers. No hello, welcome, or goodmorning just "Are you ____?" I understand it's early so I brush that off and tell her I know im late can they still take me? I end up just saying I'll call and rebook because I don't have my calendar. On my way out in a normal tone I told them they should be a little more friendly working as receptionists. I have my fiance call back today and they tell him I was marked a no show and cannot rebook. I have asked to speak with a supervisor twice and been told I will receive a call back, never have. I have expressed that this is not my fault I was not a no show I was in office and left being told to call and rebook. It seems like the front desk girls decided they were going to mark me as a no show on purpose to avoid me becoming a patient or contacting their supervisor. Incredibly unprofessional and my dentist already said after the first incident he won't be referring here but maybe this will bring this situation to the attention of someone who can address them.
