Your wedding day, often is something you dream about years before it actually happens...what dress you wear, what decor will i choose, will the music be just right. One thing that is often overlooked is how do I want the day to feel! Josh was instrumental in this for me and my husband. From the first conversation we had, he felt like someone we'd known for ages, he was friendly and funny but most of all he was understanding. This continued right up to the day of, where Josh came to speak with me as I was getting ready, a check in to keep me informed of what was about to happen, but most of all to check how I was and if he could do anything - lucky for Josh I was calm and ready to marry the man of my dreams so little help was required, but this small check in didn't go unnoticed! This man genuinely cares about his couples. If you speak to any of our very few wedding guests (only 12) they sing Josh's praises, he spent time with them before the ceremony and by the time I walked down the aisle they were ready to be our cheer squad, my group of 12 felt like 100...Josh created this! He makes everyone feel so free and included! The words he spoke prior to our vows were just as effortless as the day, not rigid or scripted but a free flowing love letter to love and connection, he is incredible at what he does and there was not a dry eye in the house! I won't be getting married again, but god if I did I know who I'd have as our celebrant, I will have to settle for telling everyone I know and everyone I don't about him! read more

Josh married my wife and I 10 years ago. I know you might be thinking, why wait 10 years to write a review. Firstly, I like to really test things before I write any review, that way you know I have given it every chance to be bad. And secondly, even now when I think of the day there isn't anything I would change. That is a big help to Josh. Nothing was normal, and that was the way we liked it. Josh questioned the traditions that we talked about and made us realise we were only doing them because we had seen it before. Not because we actually wanted it. Josh and Britt were professional and communicated well and all that other stuff you want. You should hire Josh. Josh is not like us. He returns emails promptly, he has a cool haircut, an awesome bow tie collection, a passion for statistics about people's favourite ice cream flavour and if he were to write a review for us... It wouldn't take nearly 4 months to write it. That's because Josh is awesome! Josh provided us with friendly, prompt and professional service. He also gave us the greatest wedding gift a couple could ask for. He gave us a beautiful, funny and love filled ceremony. He was interested in getting to know us and created a ceremony to suit. He encouraged our love ones to be involved in our ceremony, made us laugh and ensured our best man gave the groom a high five when the bride said he was handsome. Josh keeps weddings real. Josh gets excited about the stuff we didn't want to think about. He has a rad PA system that we could hook our phones up to for music. Josh ensured all our paper work was correct. Josh did not do the annoying confirmation call days before the wedding (when we were super busy) and we didn't feel the need to call him. If Josh says he will be there he will. Because Josh cares. We couldn't recommend him enough if we tried. You can't put a price on the value of a down to earth ceremony, and Josh is just the man for the job. You should hire Josh. He is awesome. read more
